Molekulārās sensibilizācijas profila pret suņiem saistība ar astmas un alerģiska rinīta kontroles rādītājiem

Izpētes objekts Šis pētījums tika veikts, lai novērtētu suņa alergēnu molekulu sensitizāciju saistību ar astmu un alerģisko rinītu. Pētījuma metodoloģija Tika analizēti dati pacientiem, kuriem veikta ALEX vai ALEX2 paneļa testēšana un iegūts sensitizāciju profils katrai suņa alergēna molekulai (Can f 1, Can f 2, Can f 3, Can f 4, Can f 5 un Can f 6). Iegūtie dati tika analizēti kopā ar pacienta datiem par astmu un alerģisko rinītu. Rezultāti Molekulārā sensitizācija pret Can f 1, Can f 2 un Can f 6 uzrādīja statistiski nozīmīgu ietekmi uz astmas risku, taču, kad tika izslēgta sensitizācija pret citu dzīvnieku epitēliju, tikai Can f 1 un Can f 2 uzrādīja statistiski nozīmīgu ietekmi. La traza de la iglesia de San Bartolomé de Jávea es una de las escasas representaciones conservadas de una planta arquitectónica completa del Quinientos valenciano. Seguramente se utilizó como una muestra, destinada a presentar el proyecto ante los promotores antes de su construcción. El artículo analiza la trayectoria profesional del arquitecto encargado de su diseño, el maestro vasco Domingo de Urteaga. A continuación, se realiza un análisis del dibujo, cuyo estudio permite conocer mejor el proceso de creación del edificio, y se analiza su función y naturaleza. The effect of long-term excercise on the intervertebral disc collagen concentration (hydroxyproline), collagen-synthesizing enzymes (prolyl-4-hydroxylase, PH, and galactosyl-hydroxylysyl glucosyltransferase, GGT) and hydroxypyridinium crosslinks was studied in ten female beagle dogs. The dogs were run on a treadmill for 1 year starting at the age of 15 weeks. The daily running distance was gradually increased to 40km, which distance the dogs ran for the final 15 weeks. Džomon perioda māla figūras (dogu) simboliskā nozīme un pielietojums

Šajā darbā tiek pētītas Japānas Džōmon perioda (aptuveni 12000. g. pmē. – 300. g. pmē.) māla figūriņas dogu (土偶 – dōgu) un to izmantošanas veidi gan perioda ietvaros, gan mūsdienās. Pētījumā tiek izmantota salīdzināšanas metode, ar kuras palīdzību dogu figūriņas un to nozīme tiek salīdzinātas ar Eiropas Akmens laikmeta Venēras figūriņām. Šī izpēte tiek veikta tādēļ, ka par dogu figūriņām joprojām nav pārāk daudz informācijas. Darbā tiek aprakstīti arī arheoloģiskie izrakumi un dažādi pētījumi, ko veikuši dažādu valstu pētnieki un vēsturnieki, un sniegts pārskats par viņu izvirzītajām hipotēzēm attiecībā uz figūriņu iespējamiem izmantošanas veidiem un nozīmi. Aging is associated with gradual decline of skeletal muscle strength and mass often leading to diminished muscle quality. This phenomenon is known as sarcopenia and affects about 30% of the over 60-year-old population. Androgens act as anabolic agents regulating muscle mass and improving muscle performance. The role of female sex steroids as well as the ability of skeletal muscle tissue to locally produce sex steroids has been less extensively studied. Centrioles comprise the heart of centrosomes, microtubule-organizing centers. To study the function of centrioles in lung and gut development, we genetically disrupted centrioles throughout the mouse endoderm. Surprisingly, removing centrioles from the endoderm did not disrupt intestinal growth or development but blocked lung branching. In the lung, acentriolar SOX2-expressing airway epithelial cells apoptosed. Loss of centrioles activated p53, and removing p53 restored survival of SOX2-expressing cells, lung branching, and mouse viability. El desarrollo de la ecología molecular que ha tenido lugar durante las últimas décadas ha provocado el cuestionamiento de las ideas tradicionalmente aceptadas acerca de la dinámica de la variación intraespecífica para los microinvertebrados acuáticos. En concreto, la diferenciación genética entre poblaciones de una misma especie, incluso entre aquéllas bastante cercanas, ha resultado ser mucho mayor de lo esperado.
