La presente tesi analizza la costruzione dell’identità della donna nella stampa del primo franchismo. Nello specifico, oggetto di questo studio è “Y. Revista para la mujer”, un mensile che, da febbraio del 1938 a dicembre del 1945, è stato l’organo propagandistico ufficiale della Sección Femenina. L’obiettivo principale è descrivere non solo i tratti e ruoli che compongono tale identità, ma anche gli espedienti linguistico-discorsivi utilizzati per definirli, legittimarli ed esaltarli. Assessment is viewed as an internal and pivotal part of learning, where cultural factors, previous experiences, and future aspirations affect learners’ perceptions. In recent years, an increasing number of western universities have established their campuses or “dual” programmes in China. In the first Sino–Finnish programme, 293 Finnish and Chinese students participated in the same English for Specific Purposes (ESP) course. Predominant transnational trends are recognized but they tend to reach Finland with a delay and manifest themselves somewhat differently from the mainstream. Tutkielma käsittelee interfiguraalisuutta – intertekstuaalisuuden alalajia, joka viittaa eri teksteissä esiintyvien henkilöhahmojen välisiin suhteisiin – Donna Tarttin romaanissa The Secret History. Tarttin romaanin päähenkilöitä tarkastellaan suhteessa neljän muun romaanin henkilöhahmoihin (F. Scott Fitzgeraldin The Great Gatsby, William Goldingin Lord of the Flies, Evelyn Waugh’n Brideshead Revisited sekä Oscar Wilden The Picture of Dorian Gray).
