International audience; Assessing the extent to which changes in lacustrine biodiversity are affected by anthropogenic or climatic forces requires extensive palaeolimnological data. We used high-throughput sequencing to generate time-series data encompassing over 2200 years of microbial eukaryotes (protists and Fungi) diversity changes from the sedimentary DNA record of two lakes (Lake Bourget in French Alps and Lake Igaliku in Greenland). Vides DNS molekulārā noteikšana ir metode, ar kuras palīdzību ir iespējams identificēt organismus pēc to ģenētiskā materiāla kopuma, ko ievāc no vides parauga. Ar šo metodi varētu papildināt tradicionālo zivju monitoringu vai aizvietot to pilnībā vērtējot reto zivju sugu sastopamību. Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt uz vides DNS noteikšanu balstītu metodiku retu un invazīvu sugu identificēšanai Latvijas ūdenstilpēs. Darbā tika ievākti 36 sugu zivju, vēžu un nēģu audu paraugi, lai izveidotu mtDNS COI gēna sekvenču datu bāzi. However, few studies have compared the performance of eDNA versus eRNA metabarcoding in assessing organismal response to marine pollution, in experimental conditions. Here, we performed a chromium (Cr)-spiked mesocosm experimental test on benthic foraminiferal community to investigate the effects on species diversity by analysing both eDNA and eRNA metabarcoding data across different Cr concentrations in the sediment. W dniach od 11 do 21 maja 1967 r. grupa 641 niemieckich Ślązaków pielgrzymowała do Rzymu i Viterbo. Ich celem było wspólne dziękczynienie za dar kanonizacji św. Jadwigi, jakiej w 1267 r. dokonał w Viterbo papież Klemens IV. W taki sposób chciano publicznie zamanifestować obecność Ślązaków w przestrzeni publicznej. W Rzymie i Viterbo modlono się wspólnie za śląską ojczyznę i śląskie rodziny, podzielone poglądami politycznymi, narodowymi i wreszcie żelazną kurtyną. Główne uroczystości dziękczynne miały miejsce w katedrze w Viterbo. Dodatkowo świętowano 100. rocznicę powstania śląskiej grupy maltańskiej, którym patronuje św. The literature on the subject has had a greater intensification on its registers during the Dictatorial Regime (1964 to 1985). In spite of the Brazilian Constitution of 1988, Brazil only makes efforts to investigate the crimes of torture of this period to comply with the provisions of the United Nations in 2011. The article describes the way St. Anne’s Mountain has been presented over time by giving it different meanings and (re)interpretations on religious and historical-political levels. The religious description of this place is defined by a pompous narrative style and appealing to readers’ emotions. In the historical-political dimension, the mechanism of national mythologization and instrumentalization of St. Anne’s Mountain were shown. It was also pointed out that after 1989 another reinterpretation took place, taking the form of the reconciliation rhetoric. W obecnym artykule podjęto problem przygotowania do korzystania z sakramentu pokuty i pojednania, które dokonuje się w ramach „katechezy niemieckiej”. Termin ten jest szeroki i obejmuje przygotowanie do sakramentu pokuty w Niemczech, w Austrii, Szwajcarii czy Luksemburgu, czyli w krajach niemieckojęzycznych.
