Artykuł podejmuje problem możliwego wchodzenia polskich emigrantów w społeczeństwo niemieckie w Düsseldorfie. Dziedzictwo etniczno-kulturowe może być elementem ułatwiającym lub osłabiającym to zjawisko. Przeprowadzone badania miały charakter diagnostyczny (N:150), a problem badawczy dotykał przebiegu procesu asymilacji społeczno-kulturowej polskich emigrantów w Düsseldorfie. Wyniki badań wskazały, że emigracja polska jest zróżnicowana wewnętrznie i w różnym stopniu integruje się ze społeczeństwem niemieckim. Abstract This paper aims to emphasize a specific aspect in the evolution of the architecture of churches built by Romanian Orthodox or Greek-Catholic communities in the Sibiu region, in the second half of the eighteenth century and during the nineteenth century. More exactly, it is the widespread presence, in the ecclesiastical architecture of that county, and also in other Romanian Transylvanian settings, of the western tower, added to the church, which housed the bells and sometimes even clocks. On the basis of documents in the Latvian State Archives, this paper discusses the armed struggleagainst the Soviet authorities in Vidzeme, in northern Latgala, and Sela, which took placeduring the Latvian Wars of Independence, and was joined voluntarily by the local populationin an organised way. In Spain, the special political situation during General Franco’s military dictatorship conditioned the coverage of environmental issues, as did the transition to democracy. O objetivo deste artigo é explorar os indicadores para fazer o gerenciamento de duas faculdades privadas na Espanha. Fez-se a coleta de dados através de entrevista, observação direta por parte dos pesquisadores e análises de documentos internos das instituições de ensino. Ao final foi possível identificar os indicadores de gerenciamento, financeiros e não financeiros, de acordo com as quatro perspectivas do Quadro de Comando Integral (CMI, por sua sigla em espanhol). Estonian Community houses were built in towns and the countryside by local people, who joined cultural and other societies since the second half of the 19th century. These cultural centers supported the process of Estonian state building. During the years of the first Estonian independent state (1918–1940), the network of community houses was set up by the state.
