With five formal categories of leadership training programmes in the decentralized Finnish educational system, little is known about the leadership practices of graduates. Opiniones y experiencias en el desempeño de la dirección escolar de las mujeres directoras en Andalucía

Este trabajo persigue identificar las opiniones y experiencias ante la dirección escolar de las directoras de centros públicos de Educación Infantil y Primaria en Andalucía. Se realizó un estudio tipo encuesta con una muestra de 206 directoras seleccionada mediante un muestreo polietápico, utilizando el cuestionario para la recogida de información. Los resultados muestran que las directoras tienen mediana edad, una dilatada experiencia profesional y, en su mayoría, están relativamente libres de cargas familiares.
