Tämän artikkelin tavoitteena on avata teoreettisia näkökulmia suomalaisen taiteilijakunnan luokkarakenteen ja yhteiskuntaluokan vaikutusten tarkasteluun taiteellisen työn prekaareissa olosuhteissa. Effect of Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Surface Chemistry and Morphology on Titanium Hexafluoride Pretreatment

Titanium hexafluoride pretreatments are known to improve paint adhesion and function as a barrier between the coating and the hot dip galvanized (HDG) steel surface. Interactions at the zinc/pretreatment interface are of utmost importance for the formation of pretreatment layers and the corrosion resistance of color coated hot dip galvanized steels. Removal rate of inert aluminum oxide from HDG steel samples by chemical dissolution was studied. XPS measurements showed that the surface Al2O3 layer thickness decreased rapidly already at mild alkaline cleaning, while complete removal of Al required severe etching. AbstractApplying a person-oriented approach, this study set out to examine what profiles of school engagement and school burnout (i.e., exhaustion, cynicism, inadequacy) can be identified among elementary school children at age 12, a generation also often referred to as the generation of digital natives. In the context of couple therapy involving the threat of divorce, the study examined the significance of silent moments for arriving at words for the not-yet-spoken experiences. It also examined whether interactional and embodied synchrony occurred during such silent moments. A mixed method analysis was conducted, focusing on the therapeutic dialogue, psychophysiological data (the Autonomic Nervous System, ANS), and the participants’ thoughts and feelings during individual Stimulated Recall interviews. Psykedeelistä musiikkia on tutkittu liian vähän tämän päivän näkökulmasta. Ilmiö liitetään 1960-lukuun, mutta todellisuudessa psykedeelinen estetiikka on syvemmällä historiassa ja toisaalta elinvoimainen nykykulttuuri. Psykedeelistä musiikkia ei ole määritelty akateemisesti 1980-luvun jälkeen, vaikka musiikin kuuntelijoilta löytyy siitä selkeitä mielipiteitä. Tutkimuksessani selvitän, mitä psykedeelisen musiikin käsitteen alle elävässä musiikkiskenessä, eli mitä merkityksiä psykedeelisyyteen liitetään tänään.
