The aim of this paper is to investigate, empirically, what components of the public spending imply a decreasing effect on the organized crime and what components create opportunities for the organized crime, discussing also the role of government effciency. The findings show a strikingly consistent pattern. Organized crime mainly operates in the distribution of the public spending for health, housing and community amenities. There is a decreasing effect on organized crime of the public expenditure devoted to education and to create morality values, such as the expenditure for recreation, culture and religion. We consider the recovery of a potential associated with a semi-linear wave equation on Rn+1, n > 1. We show that an unknown potential a(x, t) of the wave equation ???u + aum = 0 can be recovered in a H & ouml;lder stable way from the map u|onnx[0,T] ???-> (11, avu|ac >= x[0,T])L2(oc >= x[0,T]). This data is equivalent to the inner product of the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map with a measurement function ???. We also prove similar stability result for the recovery of a when there is noise added to the boundary data. The method we use is constructive and it is based on the higher order linearization. Efficiencies of the MLP selection, complete selection and total expected signal yields for each signal sample, assuming B$(H\to Z(Q/a))=100\%$ and $\sigma(pp\to H) = \sigma_\text{SM}(pp\to H)$. Pythia 8 branching fractions of $a$ are assumed using a $\tan\beta$ value of 1. The MLP efficiencies, total efficiencies, and expected yields are determined using MC samples, with uncertainties due to MC sample statistics, except for the expected background yield. The expected background yield and its uncertainty is calculated as described in the main text of the paper.

Hillslope response plays a fundamental role in the prediction of peak discharge at the basin outlet. The peak discharge for the critical duration of rainfall and its probability distribution are needed for designing urban infrastructure facilities. This study derives the probability distribution, denoted as GABS model, by coupling three models: (1) the Green-Ampt model for computing infiltration, (2) the kinematic wave model for computing discharge hydrograph from the hillslope, and (3) the intensity-duration-frequency (IDF) model for computing design rainfall intensity.
