The opposition is an institution of the political regime, whose essential function is to allow alternation of power. According to the political scientist, it is a phenomenon from the sphere of governance, where different imperious and subordinate entities are in a relationship with partially common goals and partly contradictory, but remain always mutually dependent. The importance of the political opposition depends not only on the adopted institutional solutions, but primarily the political culture. Just as every society has the government it deserves, by analogy, the same is also true of the opposition.

The data concerning the effects of pesticides of different nature on the phytopathogenic bacteria was examined and summarized. Without extensive research on the mechanisms of interaction between pathogenic bacteria and pesticides in the literature review a similar message about microorganisms of soil and phyllosphere are included. This paper describes an empirical approach designed and adopted to analyze and qualify the role of some public agencies devoted to rural development. These public organizations operate as critical agents in managing local public goods within a complex relation system functioning on a rural area. Zakres czasowy badań obejmował okres również sprzed wdrożenia systemu, co umożliwiło stworzenie warunków porównawczych. W artykule przedstawiono pozasystemowe czynniki determinujące skuteczność systemu. Artykuł mieści się w dyscyplinie nauk o zarządzaniu i jakości. Do przeprowadzonych badań zastosowano metody jakościowe.
Impact of Nonlinear Inductor on Efficiency and Power Losses in a SMPS: a Case Study

This paper proposes a comparative analysis focused on losses in two Switched Mode Power Supplies, adopting a linear inductor and an inductor operated up to saturation, respectively. The use of the nonlinear inductor saves weight and cost on the magnetic material, which is of great interest for automotive applications; however, it increases the peak current and can increase losses. The analysis aims to compare, by simulations, the impact on the efficiency of the different current waveforms throughout the converter. The losses are discussed in detail and calculated for each component of the converters.
