Viesu mājas izveides projekts Rēzeknes novada Feimaņu pagastā

Maģistra darba mērķis ir nodrošināt Rēzeknes novada Feimaņu pagasta iedzīvotājus ar telpām, kur rīkot ārpus mājas pasākumus līdz 2018. gadam. Lai izvirzīto mērķi sasniegtu, tika veikti šādi uzdevumi: Sniegts Rēzeknes novada sociāli- ekonomiskais raksturojums, izpētītas un izanalizētas iespējas Rēzeknes novada Feimaņu pagastā un tā apkaimē, tika formulēta esošā problēma un pamatota atpūtas vietas problēma Feimaņu pagasta apkaimē, veikta iedzīvotāju aptauja, lai noskaidrotu atpūtas iespējas pagastā un tuvākajā apkaimē, izstrādāta projekta tehniski-ekonomiskais pamatojums, izstrādāta projekta rokasgrāmata, izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darba tēma ir kriminālprocesuālā imunitāte. Darbā iekļauts vispārīgs kriminālprocesuālās imunitātes principa apskats, savukārt, padziļināti pētīta šī institūta nozīme attiecībā uz Saeimas deputātiem un Valsts prezidentu. Saeimas deputāts un Valsts prezidents ir amatpersonas, kurām, pamatojoties uz šo personu īpašo tiesisko statusu, Latvijas Republikas normatīvie tiesību akti ir piešķīruši juridiskas izņēmuma tiesības nepakļauties dažādiem, obligātiem kriminālprocesa noteikumiem. Darba uzdevums ir noskaidrot jēdziena „Saeimas deputāts” un „Valsts prezidents” saturu un viņiem piešķirtās imunitātes pamatu, apjomu, mērķi, kā arī imunitātes atcelšanas pamatu un procedūru. This study attempts to answer this question through the example of Gustav Radbruch (1878-1949), legal philosopher, but also Social-Democratic activist, supporter of the Republic and for some time Member of Parliament and Justice Minister. International audience; La perte des Provinces de l'est allemandes en 1945 a été à l'origine d'une abondante littérature exprimant la révolte, le deuil et l'interrogation sur le passé allemand. Cet article analyse quelle place et quelles formes occupe dans cette littérature le discours autoritaire du IIIème Reich qui a fait l'objet d'analyses scientifiques nombreuses. Abstract How and when deimatic behaviours are performed can change during encounters between predators and prey. Some predators attack repeatedly, investigating and manipulating prey, and in response, an individual’s deimatic behaviour may intensify or may diminish in favour of escaping. The presence of a resource can further force a trade-off between displaying and escaping. Here, we examined the intensity of the katydid’s deimatic behaviour, a visual display, the propensity of their escape response under repeated simulated attacks, and how these responses change in the presence of foraging resources.
