Disparities in nutritional adequacy of diets between different socioeconomic groups of Finnish adults

Information on dietary adequacy is needed to assess food and nutrition security in a modern society, especially in the transition towards climate-friendly food systems. In this study, differences in the nutritional adequacy of diets among Finnish adults were evaluated in population groups of different education, income and urbanisation levels. The study used data from the FinDiet 2017 Survey (n = 1655, 18–74 years). Modelled usual intakes of foods and nutrients were evaluated relative to food-based dietary guidelines issued by the National Nutrition Council of Finland (FNNC) and with respect to nutrient adequacy following the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations and FNNC. Introduction: Intrapartum opioids in labor may interfere with the early breastfeeding phase and cause breastfeeding difficulties. This study examines the effects of intrapartum fentanyl given intravenously (IV) or through epidural analgesia (EDA) on early breastfeeding. Material and methods: This is a prospective observational study conducted in a regional maternity unit. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt korelāciju starp patērētāju datu privātumu un starptautisko uzņēmumu priekšrocībām un to, kā tas ietekmē patērētāju privātumu. Autors apkopo un analizē teorētisko pamatu, izmantojot daudzus zinātniskus rakstus un žurnālus. Pēc tam pētnieka mērķis ir veikt aptauju starp 109 respondentiem, lai apkopotu ieskatu par to, cik plaši patērētāji rūpējas par savu vispārējo privātumu no starptautiskiem uzņēmumiem un cik labi starptautiski uzņēmumi respektē vai aizsargā savu klientu privātumu no digitālās attīstības. In the first season of the television Eco Noir crime series “Fortitude” (2015) the polar bear appears as a sticky object that embodies an ambiguous affective charge as an icon of global warming. This article discusses the ways in which the polar bear evokes viewer affect in the series through two discourses. The first one relates to violence, essentially present in crime narratives, and how the human and nonhuman animal are positioned in relation to global warming, violence and each other.
