Użytkownicy internetu korzystają z możliwości, jakie daje im komputer, i chętnie tworzą teksty łączące w sobie elementy werbalne i graficzne. Jednym z najpopularniejszych polikodowych gatunków internetowych są demotywatory. Połączenie w nich dwóch kanałów: werbalnego i ikonicznego powoduje wzmocnienie siły ich oddziaływania. Często w werbalnej części demotywatorów są wykorzystywane frazeologizmy i skrzydlate słowa. Połączenie ich z elementem graficznym powoduje ich defrazeologizację oraz grę językową z wykorzystaniem wieloznaczności i homonimiczności wyrazów.

Bakalaura darba pamatā ir šodienas COVID-19 problemātiskais jautājums. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta negatīva COVID-19 ietekme uz darbinieka motivāciju un produktivitāti. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir sniegt uzņēmumam noderīgus priekšlikumus, balstoties uz problēmas analīzi, izmantoto literatūru un autores veikto pētījumu rezultātiem. Bakalaura darba pētījuma rezultāti apstiprināja problēmas esamību. Pamatojoties uz datiem, kas saņemti no darbiniekiem un personāla speciālistiem, tiek secināts, ka COVID-19 graujoši ietekmē uzņēmuma darbinieku motivāciju.

Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin nuoren ja vanhemman temperamenttiyhdistelmiä sekä niiden yhteyttä nuoren sosioemotionaaliseen kehitykseen. Tutkimus on osa syksyllä 2013 käynnistynyttä TIKAPUU – Alakoulusta yläkouluun -tutkimushanketta, jossa on mukana noin 55 luokkaa Jyväskylän ja Jämsän alueelta. Tämä tutkimusaineisto (N=607) koostuu nuorten ja vanhempien aineistoista, jotka kerättiin syksyn 2014 aikana nuorten ollessa kuudennella luokalla. La investigación previa indica que la estabilidad emocional, como rasgo de personalidad, tiene una repercusión relevante sobre el comportamiento humano. Dicha estabilidad tiene dos dimensiones: El “umbral de alteración emocional” (facilidad para experimentar estados emocionales alterados) y la “resiliencia emocional” (la capacidad para recuperarse de las emociones negativas y volver a la estabilidad emocional).
