X-ALD and P-NALD are two rare, peroxisomal metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases. ABCD1 and ACOX1 are known to be responsible for X-ALD and P-NALD, respectively. The actively demyelinating lesions in CNS, exhibited signs of oxidative stress and cell death. The accumulation of VLCFA in plasma and tissue is the biochemical common hallmark to both diseases. First, we characterized a murine oligodendrocytes cell line 158N to use it as a model. The integration process was very difficult for the millions of Germans evicted from the eastern territories at the end of WWII. The numerous newspapers that they published in FRG testify to their unique identity. This sector of the press reflects a large social group. One can find there the integration problems as well as the political claims of the evicted Germans. This thesis gives a generalization of the recommendation principle of recommender systems. Instead of considering a recommendation as an item, it is considered as a combination of several items following a given pattern. A recommendation of a unique item is then a particular case of this type of recommendation. The proposed recommender system framework is based on an architecture derived from work in adaptive hypermedia systems. This manuscript presents work to propose a development cycle to establish RISP processors in a reprogrammable chip (FPGA). After a description of the various possible solutions to produce image processing prototypes, this document describes a method which consists in generating hardware models of processor target to image processing, with operators just for a given application. Test with a set of common algorithm makes evaluate the performances of the design cycle proposed. Rapid prototyping of a contact less biometric system, based on palmprint recognition, is also realized on the test platform.
