Unique continuation property and Poincar�� inequality for higher order fractional Laplacians with applications in inverse problems

We prove a unique continuation property for the fractional Laplacian $(-\Delta)^s$ when $s \in (-n/2,\infty)\setminus \mathbb{Z}$. In addition, we study Poincar\'e-type inequalities for the operator $(-\Delta)^s$ when $s\geq 0$. We apply the results to show that one can uniquely recover, up to a gauge, electric and magnetic potentials from the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map associated to the higher order fractional magnetic Schr\"odinger equation. We also study the higher order fractional Schr\"odinger equation with singular electric potential. In both cases, we obtain a Runge approximation property for the equation. A maximal Function Approach to Two-Measure Poincaré Inequalities

This paper extends the self-improvement result of Keith and Zhong in Keith and Zhong (Ann. Math. 167(2):575–599, 2008) to the two-measure case. Our main result shows that a two-measure (p, p)-Poincare inequality for $$10$$ under a balance condition on the measures. The corresponding result for a maximal Poincare inequality is also considered. In this case the left-hand side in the Poincare inequality is replaced with an integral of a sharp maximal function and the results hold without a balance condition. Local regularity estimates for general discrete dynamic programming equations

We obtain an analytic proof for asymptotic H\"older estimate and Harnack's inequality for solutions to a discrete dynamic programming equation. The results also generalize to functions satisfying Pucci-type inequalities for discrete extremal operators. Thus the results cover a quite general class of equations.
Elliptic Harnack's inequality for a singular nonlinear parabolic equation in non‐divergence form

We prove an elliptic Harnack's inequality for a general form of a parabolic equation that generalizes both the standard parabolic -Laplace equation and the normalized version that has been proposed in stochastic game theory. This version of the inequality does not require the intrinsic waiting time and we get the estimate with the same time level on both sides of the inequality. peerReviewed
