Methods The Wiesbaden Prematurity Study investigated 503 participants of former gestational age ≤32 weeks and gestational age ≥37 weeks now being aged 4 to 10 years. Her younger brother has meningomyelocele and hydrocephalus. At 1 year of age, the patient was admitted to the hospital for recurrent bronchitis, otitis media, food refusal, mild diarrhea, and abdominal distension since weaning.
