Maģistra darba tēma ir sirds un asinsvadu slimību (SAS) riska faktoru izplatības izmaiņu tendences Latvijas iedzīvotāju populācijā 10 gadu laikā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka augstā SAS izplatība, kā arī tas, ka SAS ir vadošais priekšlaicīgas nāves iemesls pasaulē un Latvijā. Daudzos gadījumos sirds un asinsvadu slimības var novērst vai krietni attālināt, ievērojot veselīgu dzīvesveidu, kā arī savlaicīgi atklājot un ārstējot riska faktorus. Fragment‐ and Negative Image‐Based Screening of Phosphodiesterase 10A Inhibitors

A novel virtual screening methodology called fragment‐ and negative image‐based (F‐NiB) screening is introduced and tested experimentally using phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A) as a case study. Potent PDE10A‐specific small‐molecule inhibitors are actively sought after for their antipsychotic and neuroprotective effects. The F‐NiB combines features from both fragment‐based drug discovery and negative image‐based (NIB) screening methodologies to facilitate rational drug discovery. The present study aims to provide a sociological overview of anabolic steroid use in Valencia (Spain), with particular attention to social factors that promote and sustain the recreational use of this drug. We consider not only the extensively documented health risks, but also the social determinants associated with its use. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää instrumenttiopetuksen ja yhteismusisoinnin yhdistymistä puhallin- soitinten opettajien yhteistyön kannalta. Taiteen perusopetuksen musiikin laajan oppimäärän perusteissa instrumenttiopetus ja yhteismusisointi ovat osa yhtä opetuskokonaisuutta. Selvitin, miten nämä osa-alueet sisältyvät toisiinsa opettajien työssä. Tarkastelun alla oli oppilaitoksessa tapahtuva, opetuksen kokonaisval- taisuutta tukeva opettajien välinen kollegiaalinen yhteistyö. In this article, I explore the power relations, knowledge hierarchies and discourses of childhood, family and society in National Curriculum Framework (NCF) as it relates to children’s everyday contexts.
