Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Vizuālās metaforas "Pasaules Dabas Fonda" drukātajās reklāmās (2011. – 2014.)”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādas vizuālās metaforas tiek izmantotas „PDF” reklāmās, un vai ir kāda būtiska tendence metaforu izmantojumam tajās. Kā arī noteikt, kuri reklāmas vēstījumi – metaforiski vai nemetaforiski, auditorijai šķiet efektīvāki. Tiek izvirzīta hipotēze, ka „PDF” reklāmas vēstījumi, kas satur metaforas, ir efektīvāki nekā reklāmas vēstījumi, kas nesatur metaforas.
