Artykuł powstał z uwagi na przypadki spraw o zaprzeczenie ojcostwa, z jakimi autorka miała styczność w dotychczasowej pracy w kancelarii prawnej. Czas na wytoczenie przez mężczyznę powództwa o zaprzeczenie ojcostwa lub o ustalenie bezskuteczności uznania ojcostwa jest krótki i wynosi 6 miesięcy. Ponadto po jego upłynięciu jedyną możliwością z perspektywy ojca jest wytoczenie powództwa przez prokuratora, który de facto nie musi się przychylić do wniosku mężczyzny i może odmówić tej czynności. Eiropas Savienība ir daudzveidīga dalībvalstu grupa, un dzimumu līdztiesības attīstība kopš 1950. gada vēl nav pastāvīga un lineāra, kas savukārt ietekmē arī Eiropas Parlamenta dzimumu līdzsvaru. Pētījumā ir novērtēts sieviešu īpatsvars parlamentos, pamatojoties uz publiski pieejamiem datiem, ko apkopojuši galvenokārt Eurostat, Pasaules ekonomikas forums, Eiropas Dzimumu līdztiesības institūts un Starptautiskais demokrātijas un vēlēšanu palīdzības institūts. Pētījumā tika konstatēts, ka neatkarīgi no izmantotā dzimuma kvotu veida un īstenošanas perioda, dzimumu līdzsvara politikā bija dažādi rezultāti, tāpēc katrai valstij bija nepieciešama pielāgota pieeja.

The institution of the Real Audiencia in the kingdom of Sardinia since the 1560s is part of a wider process which saw the rise and development of royal supreme courts of justice in several European countries of the early modern period. In fact, major State formation processes all around Europe required that monarchs increased their control on local authorities and that new increasingly centralised systems of judicial review gained precedence over all particular jurisdictions, feudal as well as municipal. This brought about a dramatic transformation in the field of criminal law enforcement and administration of justice.

Las perturbaciones externas en la economía española tras la integración: ¿tamaño del shock o grado de respuesta?

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar si ha aumentado la influencia de los shocks europeos en el ciclo económico español tras el proceso de integración en Europa. Se estudia si los cambios observados se deben a un cambio en la magnitud relativa de los shocks (estadounidenses, europeos e internos) y/o a cambios en el grado de respuesta. Los resultados muestran que los efectos de un shock europeo han aumentado: un shock del mismo tamaño afectaría hoy más a la economía española de lo que lo hacía en los setenta, mientras que un shock interno provocaría hoy una respuesta sustancialmente menor.

Submitting projects to international funds and the subsequent festival tour are obligatory steps for most films that, outside purely commercial circuits, seek distribution and cultural legitimacy beyond their national borders. In this globalized context, European support funds are particularly important. Following the path opened by pioneering scholars (De Valck, Elsaesser, Falicov, Shaw), this article aims to study the transnational networks in which Latin American cinema is currently involved.
