Introduction Thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) has revolutionized the treatment of thoracic aortic aneurysms. Innovative techniques as chimney and periscope grafts can improve the outcomes of procedure. Herein, we report a case in emergency of huge Thoracic aortic aneurism. Presentation of case An 86-year-old male with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, was referred to our hospital for chest pain. Introduction Only little is known about endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) performed as an outpatient procedure. We report here a two-center (Middelares Hospital, Antwerp (Deurne), Belgium and University Hospital Zurich, Switzerland) experience in 104 EVAR patients of which a group of 52 patients have been treated on an outpatient (out-EVAR) basis and compared to a matched group of 52 patients that have been treated as inpatients (in-EVAR). The article illustrates the ways in which the productive theoretical conflation of feminist critique and (post)colonial studies makes it possible to demonstrate that the implications of the category of gender and 'race' allow Erna Brodber's Myal (1988), Bernardine Evaristo's Lara (1997) and Arundhati Roy's The God of Small Things (1997) to contribute to imaginatively reshaping the postcolonial nation.

The aim of this article is to analyze two visions of socialism, one - revolutionary (epitomized by the Ernesto Che Guevara), second - reformist (epitomized by the Polish journalist and politician Mieczysław F. Rakowski). Paper contains four chapters. Firstly, author compares both persons to main characters of the famous Cervantes book, Don Quixote and Sancho Panza.
