Licenziamento e rideterminazione della sanzione disciplinare nel lavoro pubblico privatizzato

Il contributo, dopo un’analisi della disciplina sanzionatoria del licenziamento invalido nel pubblico impiego, prende in esame il nuovo art. 63, c. 2 bis, del D.lgs. n. 165/2001. La norma, che attribuisce al giudice il potere di rideterminare la sanzione in caso di difetto di proporzionalità, è oggi una peculiarità della disciplina del lavoro pubblico privatizzato. L’Autore ritiene che questa si ponga in controtendenza con le recenti riforme del lavoro in Italia, in quanto recupera importanti spazi alla discrezionalità giudiziale.

The rule which gives the judge the power to re-determine the sanction in case of lack of proportionality is today a peculiarity of the discipline of the public sector. The Author believes that this goes against the trend of recent labor reforms in Italy recovering important spaces for judicial discretion.

Il lavoro prende in considerazione il problema dei rapporti tra coloni greci e comunità indigene nel territorio di Himera, sulla base dei risultati della prospezione archeologica condotta per tre decenni nelle valli dei fiumi Imera settentrionale, Torto e S. Leonardo. Leonardo rivers. The elements of material culture that enable us to define the ways of cultural interaction between settlers and indigenous peoples as well as to reconstruct the political socio-economic and sacred landscapes in the various districts investigated are examined. In fact the research allows to outline in addition to the usual settlement and agricultural organizations of chora politiké and éremos chora articulated areas within the territory of Himera and to understand the landmarks of the rural settlement alongside the presence of highland settlements . Therefore the center-periphery approach is abandoned for a more articulated analysis demonstrating different forms of settlement and cultural contact in the three river valleys of the Himera hinterland.

Il tarantismo in Sicilia

Il testo prende in esame il complesso di materiali editi e inediti (fonti storiche e archivistiche, documenti musicali, testimonianze etnografiche) che attestano la presenza del tarantismo in Sicilia dalla metà del Seicento alla fine dell’Ottocento. Il caso siciliano viene quindi inquadrato nell’ambito dell’ampia letteratura che ruota intorno al fenomeno, a partire dal classico studio di Ernesto De Martino fino al dibattito sull’interpretazione del fenomeno fra i poli dell’esorcismo e della possessione, dovuto soprattutto all’etnomusicologo francese Gilber Rouget. Settore L-ART/08 - EtnomusicologiaThe text examines published and unpublished materials – such as historical and ethnographic sources archive records and musical documents – which testify the presence of tarantism in Sicily from mid-17th century to the end of the 19th. The Sicilian case is then considered in a wider context of contributions on the theme starting from the ‘classic’ De Martino’work up to the debate on the interpretation of the phenomenon between the poles of exorcism and possession chiefly rased by French ethnomusicologist Gilbert Rouget. The analyses is therefore expanded to the tradition of snakes bites healers (the ciaràuli) which shares with tarantism the spider symbolism and to certain kinds of religious processions characterised by frantic ‘dances’ which suggest elements of functional continuity with tarantism musical-choreutic therapy.

Settore L-FIL-LET/12 - Linguistica ItalianaAmong the «Editorial problems» that emerged during the control and organization of the materials coming from the survey campaign of the Atlante Linguistico del Mediterraneo (ALM) Berruto (1971-1973) notes the proliferation and heterogeneity of some graphemic choices made by different field researchers. As they were engaged in a more or less punctual transcription of the answers obtained they had interpreted and solved differently some of the directions provided in the phonetic transcription system that accompanied the Questionnaire. The picture relating to the transcription of some consonants of the palatal sector had emerged as particularly complex since the graphemes (and the corresponding phones) foreseen in the original system (ALM 1959) were insufficient. Not even the 1971 updates meant to improve the representation of some phonetic features emerged from the investigations in the operations of Response reviewing allowed to obtain a clear homogeneous picture regarding the «plosive palatal» consonants. With regard to the phonetic trait under scrutiny I have already had the opportunity to propose a path aiming to the achievement of possible operational solutions. This has taken place in view of the planned simplification / homologation and transcoding phase from the ALM original system to the IPA one - while proceeding from the examination of the Schedoni’s current state with regard to the surveys referring to central-southern Italy Corsica and Sicily (see Matranga 2019). The scope is now to investigate the same phonetic trait as proven in the materials about the surveys carried out by Lirak Dodbiba in the ALM’s three Albanian points.

In vitro antibacterial activity of endodontic sealers

Summary Objectives To evaluate the antibacterial activity of four endodontic sealers: one epoxy resin sealer (AH Plus), two zinc oxide eugenol (ZOE)-based sealers (Endomethasone, Pulp Canal Sealer), and one sealer containing both ZOE and orthophenilphenol (Vcanalare). Methods A direct contact test (DCT) was performed. A 10 μl suspension of Enterococcus faecalis was placed on the test material 20 min, 24 h and 7 days after mixing. Bacteria were allowed to directly contact the sealers for 1 h at 37 °C. Bacterial growth was then spectrophotometrically measured every 30 min for 7 h, and again after 24 h as well. Purpose: The aim of this study is to evaluate the postural control of the patient with pathology or surgery of the neck area. We have examined a group of subjects with thyroid pathology and destined to total thyroidectomy. Method: Our sample comprised 10 patients (7 female and 3 male; mean age 50,9±15,8). They have been submitted to postural examination, before and after total thyroidectomy, using the baropodometric platform, the scoliosismeter and the ocular convergence test.
