This study examines the construction of ethnicity in the permanent exhibitions of two museums: Siida, the National Museum of the Finnish Sámi and the Nature Centre of Metsähallitus, and Ájtte, the Swedish Mountain and Sámi Museum. The study is motivated by three research questions: What kind of ethnic categories and boundaries do the exhibitions create? How is Sámi ethnicity defined by displaying cultural features? Trudnym wyzwaniem jest przygotowanie wystawy tak złożonego, interdyscyplinarnego tematu kulturoznawczego, jakim jest polowanie na czarownice/czarowników, jego historycznej rzeczywistości i związanych z nim kwestii ideologizacji i mitologizacji. Ucichły już wprawdzie kontrowersje wokół interpretacji polowania na czarownice/czarowników, które w latach siedemdziesiątych i osiemdziesiątych XX w. były przedmiotem ostrego sporu między inicjatywami kobiecymi a ówczesnymi badaczami problematyki, którymi wówczas byli prawie wyłącznie mężczyźni. Resumen El presente trabajo muestra la rentabilidad que ofrecen los museos, las salas expositivas y el arte en dos ambitos fundamentales de la docencia de ELE: desde el punto de vista linguistico y desde el cultural. The German historical museum of orthopaedic surgery was founded 1959 in Wurzburg. The main task of this institution is the furtherance of science in medical-history. Since the beginning, 41 years ago, the number of books and exhibits increased continuously. The library of the museum is the biggest public collection in Germany and contains more then 6000 books and publications in orthopaedics. Furthermore the museum includes a big amount of exoprostheses of the upper and lower limb, alloarthroplasties of hip- and knee-joints, traumatologic implants and instruments of orthopaedic surgery. Psychiatric diagnoses, static risk factors and criminogenic needs at time of admission and release were examined in a mentally ill sample of psychiatrically detained sexual offenders. Although clinically found to be at low or even very low risk at discharge, 12% reoffended sexually over an average follow up of 7 years. Psychotic disorders were present in only 5% of offenders, whereas 93% had a personality disorder diagnosis and 76%, a paraphilic disorder diagnosis. Only exhibitionism and alcohol misuse were associated with relapse.  Artykuł podejmuje problematykę statusu administracyjnego muzealiów w hiszpańskim systemie prawnym. Przedstawiono założenia ustawy o hiszpańskim dziedzictwie historycznym z 1985 r., która reguluje status dóbr kultury BIC (bienes de interés cultural) – zarówno ruchomości, jak i nieruchomości – oraz poziomy ochrony w zależności od kategorii. Omówiono procedurę nadawania statusu BIC i systemy katalogowania dóbr kultury. System ochrony dóbr kultury w Hiszpanii jest mocno zdecentralizowany, co dotyczy również funkcjonowania muzeów.
