Adenilāta dezamināze (AMPD) ir glikoproteīns, kas ir dabisks sēņu izcelsmes imūnmodulators. To producē mikroskopiska sēnīte Penicillium lanoso - viride. Iepriekšējie pētījumi parādīja, ka attīrīts imūnmodulators AMPD uzrāda in vitro un in vivo aktivitāti, tai skaitā pozitīvu ietekmi uz brūču dzīšanu grauzējiem. Maģistra darba pētījumā tika izvērtēta ietekme uz citokīnu, limfocītu, neitrofilu un temperatūras izmaiņām pēc AMPD lielu devu i.v. ievadīšanas ICR peļu tēviņiem. Final Draft In Finland, the rural areas have been most affected by the developments threatening the survival of the welfare state as well as by conflicting efforts to save it. However, there are rural communities that have—as a response to the mainstream policy emphasizing economic efficiency and individual responsibility—developed innovative solutions to secure their welfare.
