Eikaliptu saturošo uztura bagātinātāju un medikamentu aprite SIA "Baltfarm" aptieku tīklā un ārstniecisko īpašību novērtējums

Šajā darbā tika pētīta eikaliptu saturošo zāļu un uztura bagātinātāju aprite SIA “Baltfarm” aptieku tīklā, kā arī tika novērtētas eikalipta aktīvo vielu ārstnieciskās īpašības. Par pētījuma metodi tika izvēlēta aptiekas klientu anketēšana un eikalipta saturošu medikamentu aprites analīze par 2013. un 2014.gadu. Tika noskaidrots, ka eikaliptu saturošus preparātus lieto 46% (n=25) aptaujāto. Visbiežāk tos izmanto klepus ārstēšanai (28%, n=20). Vispieprasītākie eikaliptu saturošie preparāti ir “Inhalipts” aerosols kaklam (n=4246, 32%) un deguma pilieni “Pinosol” (n=2865, 29%). Traditionally, some countries have been using the Corporate Income Tax as a way of, starting from relatively high nominal tax rates, encourage certain economic activities through incentives or bonuses that allow considerably reduce actual business taxation. Darwin va reflexionar sobre la potencialitat de la selecció natural comparant-la amb els efectes que han aconseguit els éssers humans amb la selecció artifi cial. En aquest treball s’analitza com, encara que la similitud entre ambdós tipus de selecció és visible, hi ha també importants diferències. També es presenten dos exemples d’aplicacions de la teoria evolutiva: la possible importància de la selecció sexual en la introducció de peixos transgènics i la selecció de caràcters socials en el context d’una millora genètica respectuosa amb el benestar animal.

2,5-bis(3′-Indolyl)pyrroles, analogues of the marine alkaloid nortopsentin, were conveniently prepared through a three step procedure in good overall yields. Derivatives 1a and 1b exhibited concentration-dependent antitumor activity towards a panel of 42 human tumor cell lines with mean IC50 values of 1.54 μM and 0.67 μM, respectively. Investigating human tumor xenografts in an ex-vivo clonogenic assay revealed selective antitumor activity, whereas sensitive tumor models were scattered among various tumor histotypes.

Metabolic syndrome (MS) is a metabolic disorder characterized by a cluster of cardiovascular risk factors and its prevalence remains increasing in Western world. It is associated to low-grade systemic inflammation, a key driver of premature atherosclerosis and the major cause of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Given that CXCL16/CXCR6, CX3CL1/CX3CR1 and CCL2/CCR2 axes have been implicated in the development of CVD, we investigated the role of these axes in leukocyte adhesion to the dysfunctional arterial endothelium in a MS model.
