This study examines parents’ experiences of the assessment and its outcomes in child welfare. The research question is as follows: What factors concerning the assessment process and context contribute to the outcomes of the assessment from the perspective of the parents? The realistic evaluation and program theory research give an evaluation research framework to the study. Osteoporoze ir skeleta slimība, kurai raksturīga kaulu masas samazināšanās un kaulaudu mikrostruktūras pārmaiņas, kas mazina kaulu izturību un palielina lūzumu risku. Osteoporoze parasti norit ilgstoši, biežāk bez specifiskiem klīniskiem simptomiem. Galvenais ārstēšanas mērķis ir kaulu lūzumu riska samazināšana un pacientu atveseļošanās veicināšana pēc osteoporozes izraisīta kaulu lūzuma. Etorikoksiba pārdošana un aprite Rēzeknes aptiekā pēdējos 3 gados

Nesteroīdie pretiekaisuma līdzekļi (NSPL) ir vieni no pieprasītākajām zālēm pasaulē. Etorikoksibs ir ļoti selektīvs COX-2 inhibitors, kas palīdz kontrolēt reimatoīdas sāpes. Pētījuma mērķis bija izanalizēt etorikoksiba patēriņu Rēzeknes aptiekā. Analīzei tika iegūta informācija no 294 receptēm. Rezultāti parādīja, ka Rēzeknes pilsētas iedzīvotāji aktīvi lieto etorikoksibu. Etorikoksibs galvenokārt ir pieprasīts sieviešu vidū. Pieprasītākā deva ir 90 mg, ko izmanto reimatoīda artrīta un ankilozējoša spondilīta gadijumā. Tika konstatēts, ka ārsti visbiezāk izraksta Bericox, bet lētākās zāles ir Etoricoxib Zentiva.

Lines of development in social research on disability in Finland between the years 1970–2010

This article reviews the development of social research on disability conducted in Finland during the 40-year period from 1970 until 2010. The main focus is the connection of the research with the socioeconomic development of the country. The review starts from the emergence of a new disability service paradigm during the late 1960s. This new paradigm centred around the concept of rehabilitation, and had its roots in the birth of a postmodern welfare state during the same decade. The second shift began during the 1980s and was characterized by the precedence of human rights issues.
