Orkesterimuusikoiden työhyvinvointi Suomessa

Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää orkesteritoimijoiden näkemyksiä työhyvinvoinnista ja tutkia eri orkestereiden käytänteitä työperäisten vammojen ennaltaehkäisemiseksi. Vastaavaa tutkimusta ei Suomessa ole vielä tehty. Tutkimus toteutettiin puolistrukturoidulla teemahaastattelulla. Haastateltavina oli 16 orkesteritoimijaa 6 eri sinfoniaorkesterista Suomessa. Orkesterit edustivat suuria ja keskisuuria orkestereita. Haastatelluista 5 oli intendenttejä ja loput 11 mm. työsuojeluvaltuutettuja ja luottamusmiehiä. Haastattelut litteroitiin ja analysoitiin Atlas.ti -ohjelmaa ja tekstinkäsittelyohjelmaa apuna käyttäen, ja analyysitapana oli aineistolähtöinen sisällönanalyysi. Tutkimusote…

Artykuł wyjaśnia kilka podstawowych pojęć, które Karl Barth w swojej słynnej Kościelnej Dogmatyce proponuje zastosować w nauce o Duchu Świętym. Po wstępnej charakterystyce myśli reformowanego teologa, punkt drugi prezentuje pojęcie „sposób bytowania” („Seinsweise”). Tym pojęciem chciałby on zastąpić pojęcie „osoby” Ducha Świętego. Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) represent the most universal immune effectors. Molluscs constitute the second largest animal phylum, after Arthropods, in term of number of species. Only a negligible number has been investigated regarding AMPs. The choice of the species to be studied relied on their economical importance and availability. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a highly malignant tumor that responds very poorly to existing therapies, most probably due to its extraordinary inter- and intra-tumor molecular heterogeneity. The modest therapeutic response to molecular targeted agents underlines the need for new therapeutic approaches for HCC. In our study, we took advantage of well-characterized human HCC cell lines, differing in transcriptomic subtypes, DNA mutation and amplification alterations, reflecting the heterogeneity of primary HCCs, to provide a preclinical evaluation of the specific heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) inhibitor AUY922 (luminespib). Tutkimuksessa määritellään suomalaista perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelmaa käsitteenä sekä tarkastellaan suomalaista opetussuunnitelmajärjestelmää ja siihen kuuluvaa valtakunnallista ja paikallista opetussuunnitelmaa ohjaavina asiakirjoina tehtävineen, tavoitteineen ja sisältöineen. Could emotional processing influence pain perception and quality of life in chronic kidney disease and hemodialyzed patients?

Background and Objectives: The incidence of chronic pain is 11-24% in general population, whereas it affects 50% of hemodialyzed subjects and is often secondary to comorbidities, CKD-related complications and certain clinical procedures. Consequently, a better approach in evaluating pain as a “symptom” and in managing it adequately is required for these patients. Methods: 33% of the 300 patients enrolled properly consigned the questionnaires. The mean age of dialyzed patients was 52.2±11.2 years, whereas 54.9±10.7 years was the mean age for CKD patients.
