The author recalls Jean-Luc Marion's work starting from three coordinates; history, theory, poetry. She shows how, in his work, poetry acts in the heart of phenomenology, presenting itself as a binding possibility of an unconditioned donation. The dialogue with Derrida that took place in Villanova is extremely interesting to this end because it reveals, after more than ten years, th questions, the difficulties, the inalienable objectives, that have led to the phenomenology of donation.

Adolescence is a transitional period with many developmental tasks. The adolescents need to resolve the specific question of career choice and establishing authentic friendships. Transition to adulthood is often challenging to the adolescents with special education needs. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli kuvata työpaikkakiusaamisen kokemus esimiehen kiusatessa alaistaan. Työpaikkakiusaamisen kokemuksen ilmiön ymmärrettiin tässä tutkimuksessa todentuvan tajunnallisina merkityssuhteina. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli fenomenologisen tutkimusorientaation avulla kuvata koetun kiusaamisen kokonaisuutta, ja etsiä aineistolähtöisesti tutkimushenkilöiden sellaisia työpaikkakiusaamiseen liittämiä merkityksiä, jotka olivat yleisiä, yhteisesti koettuja. Aineistona olivat lehti – ilmoituksin kerätyt kirjoitukset omakohtaisesti koetusta työpaikkakiusaamisesta.
