Della Maggiora & Trassinelli (Gloeophyllaceae, Gloeophyllales, Agaricomycetes) to rzadki grzyb, który na aktualnej Czerwonej liście grzybów wielkoowocnikowych w Polsce posiada kategorię gatunku wymierającego E. Pomimo szerokiego zasięgu (Europa, Azja, Ameryka Południowa) jego stanowiska są nieliczne. W Polsce do tej pory znanych było 20 stanowisk tego gatunku, w tym zaledwie dwa w północnej części kraju. Polysubstituted ferrocenes as tunable redox mediators

A series of four ferrocenyl ester compounds, 1-methoxycarbonyl- (1), 1,1’-bis(methoxycarbonyl)- (2), 1,1’,3-tris(methoxycarbonyl)- (3) and 1,1’,3,3’-tetrakis(methoxycarbonyl)ferrocene (4), has been studied with respect to their potential use as redox mediators. The impact of the number and position of ester groups present in 1–4 on the electrochemical potential E1/2 is correlated with the sum of Hammett constants. The 1/1+–4/4+ redox couples are chemically stable under the conditions of electrolysis as demonstrated by IR and UV–vis spectroelectrochemical methods. Natural selection on floral scent composition is a key element of the hypothesis that pollinators and other floral visitors drive scent evolution. The measure of such selection is complicated by the high-dimensional nature of floral scent data and uncertainty about the cognitive processes involved in scent-mediated communication. We use dimension reduction through reduced-rank regression to jointly estimate a scent composite trait under selection and the strength of selection acting on this trait. Can we increase children’s rights endorsement and knowledge?: A pilot study based on the reference framework of competences for democratic culture

This pilot study is the first to examine whether a novel curriculum based on the Reference Framework of Competences for Democratic Culture (RFCDC) could increase children’s endorsement and knowledge of children’s rights. We conducted a pre-test-post-test design with an intervention and a comparison school. Pupils (n = 172) from Bulgaria, Italy, Norway, Romania, and Spain attended schools in which the curriculum was taught, whereas pupils in the comparison group (n = 120) attended schools in the same city where the curriculum was not taught. Notre étude de cas conduite en 2015 et 2016 au sein de la communauté urbaine Creusot Montceau (région Bourgogne Franche-Comté) montre comment la médiation numérique change les rapports que les individus et leurs collectifs entretiennent avec l’espace qu’ils produisent et vivent au quotidien. A partir d’une analyse qualitative de ce qui se joue dans les espaces publics numériques, dans la stratégie touristique numérique et dans la production d’une information hyperlocale, notre travail interroge la notion de territorialité numérique dans ce qu’elle donne à voir des représentations de la réalité territoriale.
