The research, carried out from the simple field of toponymy, to the constructive analysis, lead us to suppose that it is the building of the Valencian trade union of cloth-shearers. It can be seen how the building now camouflaged by other subsequent interventions, corresponds to a type that cannot be related to those usually built in the city of Valencia. Synthesis, antiproliferative activity, and in silico insights of new 3-benzoylamino-benzo[ b ]thiophene derivatives

A new series of 3-benzoylamino-5-imidazol-5-yl-benzo[b]thiophenes and the parent amino derivatives were synthesized and screened as antitumor agents. All tested compounds showed concentration-dependent antiproliferative activity profile against HeLa cell line, exhibiting GI50 values in the low micromolar range. The most active compounds were tested in cell cycle perturbation experiments. A rapid accumulation of cells in the G2/M phase, with a concomitant reduction of cells in both the S and G0/G1 phases, was observed, suggesting that cell exposure to selected derivatives produces mitotic failure. This paper analyses the development of university-business cooperation (UBC) in Finland in the context of the University Reform Act of 2009, drawing on the experience of four universities: Aalto University, University of Jyvaskyla, University of Turku, and Lappeenranta University of Technology. Six UBC dimensions are examined: institutional context, stakeholders, motivations, facilitators/inhibitors, benefits, and drawbacks. We find that UBC, while a relatively recent process, is growing fast in dynamic local innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Gas-liquid stirred vessels are widely employed to carry out chemical reactions involving a gas reagent and a liquid phase. The usual way for introducing the gas stream into the liquid phase is through suitable distributors placed below the impeller.
