El objetivo principal del trabajo que aquí se presenta es la elaboración de un diagnóstico técnico referido a las funciones urbanas, en consonancia con el modelo de desarrollo territorial de la ciudad de Dénia, sobre la base de un amplio sistema de indicadores orientado a conocer la eficiencia de la estructura urbana, sus infraestructuras y equipamientos específicos, así como los aspectos relativos a la calidad ambiental y de vida, la situación del urbanismo y la ordenación del territorio. Superando il luogo comune di un Rinascimento che si esaurisce alla fine del XVI secolo, per mettere a fuoco la cosiddetta ‘rivoluzione scientifica’ occorre ripercorrere anche il segmento temporale e tematico del XVII secolo. In particolare, è necessario soffermare l’attenzione sul periodo storico che dall’opera De revolutionibus orbium coelestium (1543) di Niccolò Copernico, passando attraverso Il Saggiatore (1623) di Galileo Galilei, conduce ai Philosophiae naturalis principia mathematica (1687) di Isaac Newton. Primary defence against invading microorganisms depends on a functional innate immune system and the complement system plays a major role in such immunity. Deficiencies in one of the components of the complement system can cause severe and recurrent infections, systemic diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and renal disease. Screening for complement deficiencies in the classical or alternative complement pathways has mainly been performed by haemolytic assays. [ES] Este artículo analiza la experiencia realizada durante tres años con objeto de complementar la enseñanza del Derecho del trabajo con el uso del cine como material bibiográfico y sus resultados. En la experiencia se propuso una película por cada tema del programa académico de la asignatura de Derecho del trabajo (I) y también de la asignatura Políticas sociolaborales, ocupación e igualdad. Los resultados han sido positivos siendo el material cinemátográfico una ayuda significativa a la comprensión de conceptos complejos y su retención en el tiempo.

[EN] In the study plans of the first years of the degrees in Health Sciences it is usual to include basic and general subjects that are not very motivating for students with a more specific academic profile.
