L'étude des établissements ruraux de deux secteurs de l’actuel département de la Côte-d’Or, la région de Dijon et celle de Châtillon-sur-Seine, présente un double intérêt. D’une part les paysages naturels, géomorphologiques comme pédologiques, y sont très variés. D’autre part, l’étude des occupations protohistorique et antique dans ces paysages naturels a bénéficié depuis quelques décennies d’approches méthodologiques différentes mais complémentaires qui renouvellent la vision que l’on pouvait s’en faire.

The forward-backward asymmetry of the process e+e-→Z→b {Mathematical expression} has been measured using events collected by the DELPHI experiment during the 1991 and 1992 LEP runs. This data sample corresponded to 884 000 hadronic Z decays at a centre-of-mass energy {Mathematical expression}. The tagging of b-quark events was performed using two approaches; the first was based on the semileptonic decay channels b→X+μ and b→X+e, the second used a lifetime tag with jet-charge reconstruction. This doctoral dissertation uses data from the extensive preventive archaeological research carried out in the Upper Seine Valley in the south-east of the Paris Basin for at least five decades an area where Bronze Age and Early Iron Age sites are numerous and generally well preserved. The 2005 excavation by Inrap of the Villiers-sur-Seine site "le Gros Buisson", an "unusual" settlement dating to the final phase of the Late Bronze Age (9th century B.C.) is the main focus of this study, having shed new light on domestic contexts of this pivotal period. Questo studio riguarda la lettura grafica di un progetto mai realizzato di Gustavo Pulitzer Finali, una ‘Villa sul mare’, presentato alla Triennale di Monza nel 1930. Il ridisegno del progetto, necessario per la comprensione del pensiero architettonico, mostra come l’architetto triestino sia riuscito a sintetizzare l’architettura navale e quella di terra in un unico organismo plastico. Il presente lavoro analizza la recente giurisprudenza del Consiglio di Stato in materia di concorsi pubblici, che conferma il consolidato indirizzo interpretativo secondo cui una violazione non irrilevante del principio dell’anonimato nei concorsi pubblici, per un comportamento ascrivibile alla commissione esaminatrice, integra una violazione procedimentale ai fini dell’annullabilità della graduatoria di merito quale provvedimento impugnato.
