The National Income Between Monetary and Fiscal Actions

Andersen and Jordan (1968) and Andersen (1971) argued that fiscal actions have a negligible effect on nominal income and can not sustain a stable and balanced economic growth. Also, they argued, along with other researchers who have embraced monetarism ideas from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, that the budget deficit presents negative effects in the economy that limit private investment. In this article, we analyzed the empirical relationship that is established between the tax actions and the long and short term national income in the U.S. economy and the economies of Eurozone.

Depuis une dizaine d'années, des analyses des systèmes complets de fonctions de demande ont été entreprises et développées, en particulier en Belgique, aux Etats-Unis et en Suisse. Les principaux travaux sont dus àA.P. BARTEN, H.S. HOUTHAKKER, L. PHLIPS, L. SOLARI, R. STONE, L.D. TAYLOR, D. WEISERBS.... Une bibliographie de ces études figure à la fin de ce document. Le fait qu'en France il n'existe actuellement que peu de travaux effectués à un niveau global, m'ont incitée à entreprendre une analyse théorique et pratique sur les systèmes complets de fonctions de demande, systèmes qui regroupent l'ensemble des consommations des ménages, à l'exception des biens collectifs et publics.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of the perceived utility of a management control system with a broad scope on the use of food waste information and on financial and non-financial performances in restaurants. To collect data, a questionnaire was administered in Brazilian restaurants. Data from 206 restaurants were analysed with structural equation modelling, which was performed with SmartPLS software. International audience; The dramatic increase in multinational banks in the late 1990s is a direct result of Washington Consensus-type policies that emphasize the removal of barriers to the free flow of financial capital. In Latin America, foreign banks now control almost half of the total banking activity. Inevitably, the direct implication of such circumstances is a fall in the profits of domestic banks. In response to this, domestic banks react by curtailing their overall lending in the short run, thereby preventing small borrowers from accession to credit, and eventually increasing their lending to riskier projects and borrowers in the medium run.
