Tarkastelen artikkelissa Suomalaisen Kirjallisuuden Seuran (SKS) arkiston suhdetta kouluihin: sitä, missä rooleissa opettajat ja oppilaat ovat toimineet perinteen ja nykykulttuurin tallentamisessa 1800-luvulta tähän päivään ja millaisia tavoitteita SKS:llä on eri aikoina ollut koulujen kanssa tehdylle yhteistyölle. SKS perustettiin vuonna 1831 edistämään suomen kielen ja suomenkielisen kirjallisuuden asemaa. Kansanperinteen keruu ja tallentaminen kuuluivat seuran toimintaan alusta lähtien. Extent and persistence of soil water repellency induced by pines in different geographic regions

The extent (determined by the repellency indices RI and RIc) and persistence (determined by the water drop penetration time, WDPT) of soil water repellency (SWR) induced by pines were assessed in vastly different geographic regions. The actual SWR characteristics were estimated in situ in clay loam soil at Ciavolo, Italy (CiF), sandy soil at Culbin, United Kingdom (CuF), silty clay soil at Javea, Spain (JaF), and sandy soil at Sekule, Slovakia (SeF). Se ha efectuado un estudio de la alianza Jasionion foliosae (Asplenietea rupestria) en varios sectores corológicos de la Península Ibérica, describiéndose seis asociaciones de las que tres se proponen como nuevas: Antirrhino pulverulenti-Rhamnetum pumili, Sileno horyii-Saxifragetum cuneatae y Antirrhino granitici-Rhamnetum pumili. A study fon the allince Jasionion foliosae (Asplenietea rupestria) is made in several chorological sectors of the Iberian Peninsula. Six associations are described, of which, three of them are propossed as new: Antirrhino pulverulenti-Rhamnetum pumili, Sileno horyii-Saxifragetum cuneatae and Antirrhino granitici-Rhamnetum pumili. mateo@uv.es
Sobre la vegetación de la alianza Cistion laurifolii en los alrededores de Valencia

Se da a conocer la presencia, en la provincia de Valencia y zonas limítrofes, de comunidades fruticosas silicícolas pertenecientes a la alianza Cistion laurifolii; las cuales quedan encuadradas en tres asociaciones, una de ellas ya conocida de áreas cercanas: Erico scopariae-Cistetum populifolii, y otras dos nuevas: Thymo leplophylli-Cistetum ladaniferi y Erico scopariae-Arctostaphylletum crassifoliae. The presence of shrubyacidophilous communities, in Valencia region, belonging to the phytosociological alliance Cistion laurifolii, is studied. Asimismo se comentan las medidas que se han puesto en marcha para asegurar su conservación, entre las que destacan las introducciones experimentales. The situation of Valencian populations of Marsilea batardae, M. quadrifolia and M. strigosa, as well as the threats that they suffer at present are analysed here. Likewise the measures applied to ensure their conservation, with emphasis on the experimental introductions, are commented.

The commented sentence rejects that the Muñoz Díaz doctrine is applicable to all cases of gypsy marriage. In addition, it considers that the denial of effects to the union celebrated according to said rite is not discriminatory. This conclusion is discussed, understanding that the analysis of the singularities of the gypsy people must lead to the conclusion of the existence of indirect discrimination.
