Este trabajo analiza el sistema de solución de controversias específicamente diseñado, con la introducción de alternativas a la jurisdicción, en el Reglamento (UE) 2019/1150 sobre el fomento de la equidad y la transparencia para los usuarios profesionales de servicios de intermediación en línea, que ha entrado recientemente en vigor.
Renewable polyol obtained by microwave-assisted alcoholysis of epoxidized soybean oil: Preparation, thermal properties and relaxation process

[EN] The soybean oil polyol (SOP) use as feedstock in the polyurethane industry has been recently emphasized due to its excellent resistance to hydrolysis, which is also applicable in coatings and thermal insulation. In this article, the SOP was obtained by a very fast microwave-assisted alcoholysis of epoxidized soybean oil (ESO). The preparation method, thermal properties, and relaxation process were evaluated. High yields as opening and consumption epoxy group and selectivity of 99.8 mol%, 985 mol%, and 71.2 mol% were obtained. [EN] This article describes a new simultaneous method for the analysis of sulfur-type poisons, hydrocarbons and permanent gases affecting the productivity of the Ziegler Natta catalyst during the synthesis of polypropylene on an industrial scale in a fluidized-bed reactor. The identification was achieved employing a configuration of the seven-valve chromatographic system, with events at different times, allowing distribution of the sample through multiple columns, and finally reaching the helium ionization detectors of pulsed discharge, flame ionization and mass spectrometry. El treball que presentem és una anàlisi de les actuacions del professorat i les actituds de l’alumnat respecte la lectura en valencià. Aquest estudi s’ha fet en l’IES Jaume I d’Ontinyent a partir d’una tècnica analítica mixta. D’una banda, hem usat unes enquestes per extraure la informació referida al tractament de la lectura que fa el professorat, i d’una altra banda, hem realitzat grups de discussió per analitzar el que pensa l’alumnat. Social rating agencies implement complex filters to identify the companies with the best sustainable and social performance and help investors select the companies for their sustainable portfolios. This study analysed whether companies that are defined as ethical, sustainable and socially responsible by those agencies actually deserve this label. More specifically, the inclusion in the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) World of companies that have been involved in controversies according to the Thomson Reuters Eikon database was studied.
