Tässä tutkimuksessa perehdytään K-kertaisesti kiellettyjen uniikkien beetasiirtymien faasiavaruusintegraaleihin. K-kertaisesti kielletyt uniikit beetasiirtymät ovat beetahajoamisten alaryhmä, ja faasiavaruusintegraalit kuvaavat hajoamisreaktion jälkeisiä lopputiloja ja antavat muun muassa tärkeää tietoa siirtymän hajoamisvakiosta. Tutkimuksessa laskettiin numeerisesti faasiavaruusintegraalit useille tunnetuille beetasiirtymille, jotka voivat olla kaksi- tai useampikertaisesti kiellettyjä. Classification of tall-forb vegetation in the Pamir-Alai and western Tian Shan Mountains (Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, Middle Asia)

Aims: To complete the syntaxonomic scheme for tall-forb vegetation of the montane and alpine belts in the Pamir-Alai and western Tian Shan Mountains in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan with some remarks on its environmental predictors. Study area: Middle Asia: Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. Methods: A total of 244 relevés were sampled in 2013–2019 using the seven-degree cover-abundance scale of the Braun-Blanquet approach. These were classified with a modified TWINSPAN algorithm with pseudospecies cut-levels 0%, 5% and 25%, and total inertia as a measure of cluster heterogeneity. Spin-multipole nuclear matrix elements in the pn quasiparticle random-phase approximation: Implications for β and ββ half-lives

Half-lives for 148 potentially measurable 2nd-, 3rd-, 4th-, 5th-, 6th-, and 7th-forbidden unique beta transitions are predicted. To achieve this, the ratio of the nuclear matrix elements (NMEs), calculated by the proton-neutron quasiparticle random-phase approximation (pnQRPA), MpnQRPA, and a two-quasiparticle (two-qp) model, Mqp, is studied and compared with earlier calculations for the allowed Gamow-Teller (GT) 1+ and first-forbidden spin-dipole (SD) 2− transitions. The present calculations are done using realistic single-particle model spaces and G-matrix based microscopic two-body interactions. Stress blant jenter ser ut til å være knyttet til press om å gjøre det bra på skolen og er videre relatert til psykiske plager. I denne artikkelen undersøker vi hvordan skolestress arter seg i unge jenters hverdagsliv, og hvilke institusjonelle prosesser jentenes erfaringer inngår i. Vi tar utgangspunkt i 22 intervjuer med 10 jenter på 10. trinn fra skoler i Norge og beskriver vurderingsarbeid – deres tankearbeid og gjøremål som er knyttet til testing, vurdering og individuell forbedring. We validate eleven syntaxa (eight associations and three alliances) of tall-forb vegetation that were published earlier as nomina provisoria according to the International Code of Phytosociological Nomenclature. The validation concerns syntaxa of tall-forb vegetation of the class Prangetea ulopterae Klein 1987 reported from Pamir-Alai and western Tian Shan Mountains (Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan). Rare beta decays and the spectrum-shape method

This is a thesis consisting of seven publications and an introductory part on theoretical studies on rare single beta decays. Firstly, the theoretical framework is applied to the computation of partial half-lives for few selected cases of rare single beta-decay transitions. This includes the study on a possible ultra-low-Q-value decay branch of 115Cd as well as the highly forbidden beta decays of 48Ca and 50V. The double magic 48Ca is one of the few experimentally verified nuclei that decay via the two-neutrino mode of double beta decay.
