A Computational Study of Adsorption of CO2, SO2, and H2CO on Free-Standing and Molybdenum-Supported CaO Films

Oxide films play a significant role in a wide range of fields from catalysis to solar cell materials. CaO films are promising sorbents for many environmentally harmful molecules. Here, we report a systematic investigation of adsorption of CO2, SO2, and H2CO on bulk and Mo-supported CaO(100) films using density functional theory. Significant effects on adsorption energy, charge transfer to the molecules, and degree of the C−O bond activation were demonstrated on Mo-supported CaO films by changing the film thickness, composition, and the strength and direction of an applied external electric field. The paper presents academic achievements of traditional institutionalism, the first scientific approach in political science, which was developed since the second part of the 19th century in USA, Great Britain, Germany and France. Botānisku gaisa biofiltrāciju var izmanot, lai attīrītu iekštelpu gaisu no gaistošajiem organiskajiem savienojumiem. Piecus biofiltra modeļu variantus pakļāva formaldehīda ietekmei sešas reizes ar četrām dienām starp ekspozīcijām. Noteica formaldehīda koncentrāciju pirms un pēc biofiltra un augu fizioloģisko stāvokli, mērot hlorofila fluorescenci. Augu biofiltri samazināja formaldehīda koncentrāciju vidēji par 33%. Mentha aquatica var. litoralis par 46%, Chlorophytum comosum par 31%, Epipremnum aureum par 31% un Anthurium sp. par 26%. Salīdzinājumam, biofiltra modelis bez augiem attīrīja 20% formaldehīda. Este trabajo versa sobre el papel que juega el lenguaje en la obra Ser y tiempo (1927) de Martin Heidegger. En un primer momento se analiza el doble nivel discursivo que opera en la economía del texto: el lenguaje como “Rede” (discurso o habla) y el lenguaje como “Sprache” (o exteriorización del discurso). Para identificar, en un segundo momento, el reducto intraducible a cualquier lengua. Se trata de la dimensión ejecutiva a la que apuntan todos los conceptos o existenciales de la obra al ser concebidos como ”indicaciones formales”; y más en concreto: se trata de la dimensión ejecutiva que comporta la decisión de existencia o el paso de la impropiedad a la propiedad.

Digitaalisuus, videopelit ja pelillisyys ovat ilmiöinä kasvaneet hyvin tärkeäksi osaksi elämää monilla elämän osa-alueilla kahden viime vuosikymmenen aikana eikä kasvatusala ole poikkeus. Pelit on otettu tärkeäksi kielen oppimisen työkaluksi kaikilla opiskeluasteilla Suomessa. Vaikka oppimispelit on oma äärimmäisen tärkeä osansa kielten oppimisessa, on pelien tärkeys oppimisen välineenä kuitenkin muualla kuin luokkahuoneessa. Tämän pro gradu –tutkielman tarkoituksena on tarkastella englannin opettajaopiskelijoiden näkemyksiä englannin opettamisen tapoja ja tavoitteita. Kielen opettamista säädetään ja määritellään kansallisissa opetussuunnitelmissa, joita uudistetaan noin kymmenen vuoden välein. Englanti on Suomessa eniten opiskeltu vieras kieli ja tavoitteet englannin opettamiselle ovat korkeat. Suomessa opiskelijat yltävät kirjallisissa taidoissa korkeisiin tavoitteisiin, mutta taidot kommunikoinnissa koetaan jäävän tavoitteista. Suomalaisnuorten arjessa englanninkieliset tekstit ja kielenkäyttötavat ovat yleisiä. Nuorisokulttuuri on kansainvälistä ja sen yhteinen kieli on entistä useammin englanti. Uuden teknologian kehittymisen myötä monimediaiset ja monikulttuuriset englanninkieliset tekstiympäristöt ovat entistä useammin osa nuorten arkea.
