Emerico Amari, political theorist and man of Renaissance, made a significant contribution to the 18th century constitutional thought. He worked actively to develop a new possible institutional framework in the post-revolutionary Sicily, and for the protection of the Statuto Albertino. He theorized that only the correct use of the constitutional bodies and the full carrying out of the above-mentioned Chart were the most useful tools against any form of despotism, the unique premises of each political reform and a certain sign of renewal.

The sector of the Saint-Étienne necropolis (Beaune), reveals the existence of two clearly separated zones which are characterized by different funeral and cultural practices: tomb architecture, archaeological material and artificially deformed crania. This seems to provide evidence of two distinct groups. A preliminary morpho-metrical study of four skulls and the examination of several CT scans of three of them, allow us to confirm the presence of artificial antero-posterior cranial deformations.

This work aimed to demonstrate that termination’s retroactive effect, under the Italian system, no longer allows to consider the contract as a source of performance rights. Therefore, the contract should only be contemplated historically as a failed transaction, or rather, as a damage for the aggrieved party. $PT$-symmetric graphene under a magnetic field

We propose a $PT$-symmetrically deformed version of the graphene tight-binding model under a magnetic field. We analyze the structure of the spectra and the eigenvectors of the Hamiltonians around the $K$ and $K'$ points, both in the $PT$-symmetric and $PT$-broken regions. In particular we show that the presence of the deformation parameter $V$ produces several interesting consequences, including the asymmetry of the zero-energy states of the Hamiltonians and the breakdown of the completeness of the eigenvector sets. We also discuss the biorthogonality of the eigenvectors, which {turns out to be} different in the $PT$-symmetric and $PT$-broken regions.

La evaluación del abuso sexual infantil: comparación entre informes periciales en función del diagnóstico de abuso

El objetivo del presente trabajo es comparar las diferencias existentes entre informes psicológicos periciales que confirman el diagnóstico de abuso sexual infantil de los que no lo confirman. Los datos proceden de 61 informes sobre menores remitidos a un servicio para el diagnóstico. Las variables se agruparon en: características de la familia, proceso de evaluación y consecuencias psicológicas. Los resultados muestran que hay más niños en el grupo de abuso que viven en familias con graves problemas de relación y/o drogodependencias y que tienen sentimientos negativos hacia el presunto perpetrador, si bien en esta muestra en un porcentaje elevado de casos el perpetrador utiliza amenazas y/…
