This paper consists in three parts. The first contains a new discussion about the consistence and the characteristics of love poetry in the Middle Ages and, particularly, in XIIth and XIIIth centuries (the so-called Aetas Ovidiana), with the enormous development of the “Ovidian” imitation. The second is focused on the “pseudo-Ovidian” poetry. The third (which is longer than the precedents) consists in a strict analysis of the Pseudo-Remedia amoris (a short poem in elegiac couplets of the XIIIth century, founded on the imitation of the Remedia amoris) and of its literary, metrical, rhetorical characteristics. The bridge des Grilles de la Basse-Seille is one of the last vestiges of the medieval fortification in Metz. It is one of rare examples of fortified bridge in France. Built in the end of the 14th century, it is backfilled in 1911 and only its upper section is visible. An archaeological and historic study was made in 2011 to understand the configuration and the functioning of the bridge in the Middle Ages.
Physico-chemical characterisation of a non-conventional food protein source from earthworms and sensory impact in arepas

International audience; This study aimed to characterise a non-conventional protein source: a powder made from earthworms, and to evaluate its potential use as human food. The way it was prepared led to low solubility and wide particle size distribution. Sensory analysis was used to assess the acceptability and the organoleptic properties of maize-based pan-cakes fortified with this novel protein powder. Satisfying products were obtained with a substitution level of 5.5% (w/w) earthworm powder in pan-cakes. Effects of Inequality on Trust and Reciprocity: An Experiment With Real Effort

The purpose of this paper is analyzing whether trust and reciprocity are affected by how rich the partner is or how well the partner performed several tasks with real effort. A trust game (TG) experiment is designed with three treatments. First, a baseline Treatment B in which subjects play a finitely repeated TG. Second, in a Treatment H with history, subjects know the partner’s wealth level reached in the past.
