Micropollutants removal in an anaerobic membrane bioreactor and in an aerobic conventional treatment plant

The paper expresses an attempt to tackle the problem due to the presence of micropollutants in wastewater which may be able to disrupt the endocrine system of some organisms. These kinds of compounds are ubiquitously present in municipal wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) effluents. The aim of this paper is to compare the fate of the alkylphenols-APs (4-(tert-octyl)) phenol, t-nonylphenol and 4-p-nonylphenol and the hormones (estrone, 17ß-estradiol and 17¿-ethinylestradiol) in a submerged anaerobic membrane bioreactor (SAMBR) pilot plant and in a conventional activated sludge wastewater treatment plant (CTP). La publicació del dietari El cingle verd (1982) suposa un punt d’inflexió en la trajectòria del poeta valencià i representa l’inici d’una nova etapa creativa on el record i l’experiència autobiogràfica esdevenen l’essència del seu univers literari. Pese a las dudas surgidas en la antigü edad y aún hoy en día por parte de los estudiosos modernos, las conclusiones son claras: “Las isla s” es una comedia de Aristófanes. Chemical composition and herbicidal activity of the essential oil from a Cistus ladanifer population from Spain

[EN] The essential oil composition of Cistus ladanifer grown in central Spain was analysed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, revealing it to be rich in oxygenated compounds, with trans-pinocarveol (20.00%), bornyl acetate (7.03%) and terpinen-4-ol (6.37%) as the main monoterpene compounds. Viridiflorol (13.59%) and ledol (4.36%) were the main constituents of the oxygenated sesquiterpene fraction. Large amounts of-pinene (4.70%) were found in the hydrocarbonated fractions. Ce travail consiste en une étude des premiers romans de Rafael Chirbes publiés avant 2007 (Mimoun, En la lucha final, La buena letra, Los disparos del cazador, La larga marcha, La caída de Madrid, Los viejos amigos), à une époque où il peut êtrre considéré comme un romancier de la mémoire et un "romancier du réel". L'étude s'intéresse en particulier au rapport qu'il entretient avec le réalisme, à l'utilisation qu'il fait de l'écriture fragmentaire pour que ses romans deviennent plus que des "lieux de mémoire" des "lieux de résistance".

Abstract Gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric identification of urea derivatives formed by the reaction of amines with isocyanates N,N′-Di- and N,N′,N′-trisubstituted ureas constitute suitable derivatives for the gas chromatographic (GC) determination of primary and secondary amines. The GC identification of N- tert. -butyl-,N′,N′-alkyl urea derivatives presented in the first communication has been succesfully confirmed by mass spectrometry (MS) and mass fragmentometry. The reproduced mass spectra of six N- tert. -butyl-,N′,N′-alkyl ureas were interpreted according to the decomposition mechanisms of less complicated alkyl ureas known from the literature.
