Dans la perspective ouverte par Bordeu, les hybrides vivants imaginés ne sont pas tant des conjectures et encore moins un programme d’action, que les résultats d’un exercice réglé de la pensée, étalonné selon une règle poétique, dont l’enjeu est politique : il s’agit d’évaluer des lois positives. Inspirés par le progrès scientifique, par les promesses d'une activité économique qui s'internationalise et par les révolutions qui ont eu lieu en France et aux Etats-Unis, certains penseurs politiques comme Paine ou Condorcet assurent que tous les citoyens pourraient être protégés contre les hasards et les incertitudes de l'existence.

Le principe de non-discrimination : l'analyse des discours

La recherche a porté, plus particulièrement, sur l’analyse du discours du juge administratif dansla prise en compte des discriminations. Pour mener à bien cette réflexion, ont été mobilisés desjuristes, des sociologues, des linguistes et des spécialistes de science politique. Ce travail s’estdéroulé sur une période de deux ans.La première année a permis de cerner comment le juge administratif appréhendait le principede non-discrimination. Afin d’atteindre cet objectif, il a fallu mobiliser la jurisprudence sur lapériode 2000-2015 (environ 7000 décisions et conclusions). Polarization is the phenomenon that describes the oscillations orientations of the light waves which are restricted in direction. Polarized light has multiple uses in the animal kingdom ranging from foraging, defense and communication to orientation and navigation. “Travailler plus pour gagner plus” (“Work more to earn more”) was a slogan of right-wing candidate Nicolas Sarkozy during the 2007 French presidential election, which proposed exempting overtime working hours from taxation. In this article, I develop a cultural analysis of this political slogan. Its linguistic interest lies in its poetic and theatrical dimensions. The slogan is embedded in a rich cultural context: it refers to a doxa in right-wing discourse, according to which the “social model” should be replaced with a liberal model that also rescues the “value of work”.
