El presente artículo elucida el papel metodológico que juega el término «motivación» en la transformación hermenéutica de la fenomenología llevada a cabo por el joven Heidegger. A tal efecto, comenzaré con el análisis del concepto de motivación en la fenomenología de Husserl para apreciar después su inflexión hermenéutica en la filosofía de Heidegger. It has been proved in this dissertation how experimental economics continues to be a tool that, as it nourishes theoretical economics (and viceversa), it keeps producing results that are necessary to understand how to articulate social relations which, ultimately, have consequences oneconomic relations. Specifically, Chapter 1 has studied how the dissemination of new information affects crowdfunding markets and the generation of herding behaviour. Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Mārketinga komunikācija Latvijas Lauksaimniecības universitātes Fundamentālajā bibliotēkā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt šīs bibliotēkas veidoto mārketinga komunikāciju ar lietotājiem un sabiedrību, un ar respondentu viedokļu palīdzību noskaidrot bibliotēkas mārketinga efektivitāti. Darba teorētisko bāzi veido mārketinga orientācijas teorija, mārketings, mārketinga komunikācija un mārketinga komunikācijas bibliotēkās. Pētījuma metodoloģijā autore pievērsās kontentanalīzei un aptaujai. Iegūtie dati tika apkopoti, veikta to analīze un secinājumi. Tika noskaidrots, ka LLU Fundamentālās bibliotēkas mārketinga komunikācijas efektivitāte ir daļēji pietiekama.
Finnish cultural policy as public funding: Regime view across policy domains

Public funding is a key part of Nordic cultural policy. This article approaches the Finnish cultural policy regime from the perspective of state funding, which can be seen as a direct demonstration of public cultural policy. We perform an empirical investigation of the state funding for cultural activities using budget data from 2019 supplemented with information given by altogether 53 public officials representing Finnish ministries. Thus, we examine Finnish cultural policy as a public policy through the different governmental policy domains that support and govern artistic and cultural activities with public finances. This paper aims to achieve an overall picture of the absorption rate of European funds in Romania for the 2007-2013 programming period and to propose a series of recommendations on the steps our country needs to follow in order to improve the process of accessing and implementation of structural instruments at national level. These recommendations focus on preventing obtaining a low rate of absorption of EU funds allocated to Romania in the multiannual financial framework 2014-2020 , thus preventing wastage prospects of economic and social modernization , that these funds offer.
