In questo studio si prospetta una ricostruzione della distinzione fra fra diritti e principi definita nella Carta dei diritti fondamentali dell'Unione europea e si riflette sull'interpretazione che ne è stata data alla luce delle tradizioni costituzionali italiana e spagnola. This essay aims at giving some insights on the dinstinction between "rights" and "principles" within the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. The Author analyzes also the judicial interpretation of this distinction contextualizing it within the Italian and Spanish Constitutional Tradition.

[EN] The knowledge of both foreign and mother languages constitutes a core competence in translator and interpreter training, as professional translation cannot exist if this competence has not been previously consolidated. Nevertheless, research regarding the teaching and acquisition of foreign languages within Translation and Interpreting studies is extremely scarce and its practice frequently adheres to general pedagogical models which do not keep to the ultimate goal and main objectives that should lay down the foreground for this type of teaching. Starting from a stationary state in order to feed a process, the idea of movement in music can affect both the sound material and the listening (the Hoerspiel...), both the view (musical theater) and the ancillary disciplines (dance or maping-video)... Based on examples taken in the 20th and 21st centuries (Debussy, Berg, Webern, Stravinsky, Stockhausen, Kagel, Ferrari, La Monte Young, Xenakis, Adams, De Chizy, De Mey, Trapani?), musicological study ultimately deduces that the metaphor of movement is for man an experience considered fundamental to his particular relationship to the world.
