Sex and population variation in ultraviolet reflectance of colour patches in Gallotia galloti (Fam. Lacertidae) from Tenerife (Canary Islands)

Sex and population differences in the ultraviolet (UV) reflectance patterns of two phenotypically divergent lacertids from Tenerife, Gallotia galloti eisentrauti and G. g. galloti, are described. Adults in both populations have rows of lateral and ventro-lateral blue patches on either side of the trunk that show a single peak of reflectance in the near UV. The lateral patches of males are more intensely reflective than those of females, but females have more chromatic and UV-shifted lateral patches than males. L’importance de l’artisanat autunois et son développement jusqu’au iiie siècle prennent racine à Bibracte qui a su exploiter les ressources naturelles de son environnement et parfaire un savoir-faire local ayant survécu à la conquête. Les recherches sur ces activités manufacturières menées conjointement à Bibracte et à Autun nous offrent ainsi une opportunité d’étudier ces problématiques sur la durée. The purpose of this article is to analyse the differnt civil process of the Civil Procedure Law that can be used for the recovery of illegally occupied properties: eviction for precarious, injunction to recover possession and action action for the protection of registered property rights. Special attention is paid to the new procedure of rapid recovery of possession that has been created by Law 5/2018 amending the classic injunction to regain possession.

Comparison of Luminescence in LiGaO2, Al2 O3 -Ga and Al2 O3 -Li Crystals

We have studied luminescence of LiGaO 2 , Al 2 O 3 -Ga and Al 2 O 3 -Li crystals in order to reveal the nature of luminescence centres and mechanisms in these crystals. In Al 2 O 3 -Ga presence of Ga impurities determines occurrence of the 280 nm emission band, which demonstrates intra-centre character in photoluminescence and recombination character under X-ray irradiation. In Al 2 O 3 -Li crystal lithium induced luminescence is presented with the 326 nm band, which has a recombination character. Mordant, S. Wirth et B. Chaume. Les vestiges étudiés sont implantés dans deux milieux géographiques distincts mais contigus : le plateau calcaire recouvert par la forêt domaniale de Châtillon, et les rebords de la Digeanne et du Brevon qui entaillent ce plateau à l'est et au sud. Typologie des enclos dans les forêts du Châtillonnais (Côte d'Or)

Alors que de nombreux parcellaires sous forêts sont révélés par le Lidar et le plus souvent attribués à la période gallo-romaine, les parcellaires du Châtillonnais étudiés à travers les habitats par différents moyens ( relevés GPS, indices Lidar et prospections pédestres) donnent des indices d'une occupation plus ancienne. Ces habitats appréhendés par les structures externes en élévation se répartissent en groupes distincts par la forme de l'enclos qui les entourent, la présence ou non d'une construction en pierres. Pour une partie des enclos de forme quadrangulaire, la spécificité du matériel recueilli oriente vers une fonction cultuelle.
