The Organic Law 1/2015, of March 30, introduced the crime of harassment or stalking in article 172 ter CP, thinking mainly of women who suffer acts of harassment by their former partners. The legislator followed the model of the crime of persecution (Nachstellung) of § 238 StGB, although this precept has been recently reformed, ceasing to be a crime of result to become a crime of suitability. However, the Spanish regulation has dispensed with the analog clause of the German provision, avoiding the infringement of the principle of legal security. In several short stories, Sean O'Faolain ponders over the complexity of love relationships and tries to unveil some of the unconscious motivations underlying them. This paper reflects on the gender inequalities and their influence in the access to labor market and, on the other one, to reproductive process. Maternity and work often arise as choices excluding one another due for the inadequacy of care services. The essay reviews some laws of the last years for encourage the work-life balance and analyzes the presence of the services for children in Palermo. Solutions to the Gardner equation with multi-parameters and the rational case

We construct solutions to the Gardner equation in terms of trigonometric and hyperbolic functions, depending on several real parameters. Using a passage to the limit when one of these parameters goes to 0, we get, for each positive integer N , rational solutions as a quotient of polynomials in x and t depending on 2N parameters. We construct explicit expressions of these rational solutions for orders N = 1 until N = 3. We easily deduce solutions to the mKdV equation in terms of wronskians as well as rational solutions depending on 2N real parameters.

Since 2003, an important deposit of arms and severed heads has been under excavation at Le Cailar, a protohistoric port of trade in eastern Languedoc, in Mediterranean Gaul. This deposit, dated to the 3rd century BC, consists of many skeletal remains and a great quantity of metal objects, mostly weapons. The study of these remains will teach us a lot about protohistoric ritual practices.
