Kandidaatintutkielmani käsittelee äänenhuollon ja terveen äänenkäytön opetuksen paikkaa alakoulun musiikinopetuksessa. Ääniongelmat lasten keskuudessa ovat yleistymään päin, joten päätin lähteä tarkastelemaan ongelmien nousun syitä ja mahdollisia ehkäisykeinoja. Tarkastelen työssä vanhoja opetussuunnitelmia sekä uutta vuonna 2014 ilmestynyttä opetussuunnitelmaa ja tutkin, miten niissä opettajaa ohjataan kertomaan lapsille äänenmuodostuksesta. Esittelen työssä ihmisen äänenmuodostuselimistön ja sen, miten ääni niissä syntyy. Kerron yleisimmistä ääniongelmista niin lasten kuin aikuistenkin keskuudessa painottaen ongelmien syntyä ja oireita. The aim of this study was to prepare and characterize novel hydrogels with polysaccharide–polyaminoacid structure, able to undergo an enzymatic hydrolysis in the colon and potentially useful for treating inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). Starting materials were methacrylated dextran (DEX-MA) and methacrylated α,β-poly(N-2-hydroxyethyl)-DL-aspartamide (PHM). These polymers were photocrosslinked by exposure of their aqueous solutions at 313 nm without photoinitiators. Different samples, shaped as microparticles, were obtained as a function of polymer concentration and irradiation time. Abstract The relationship between stable isotope composition (δ13C and δ18O) in seawater and in larval shell aragonite of the sea scallop, Placopecten magellanicus, was investigated in a controlled experiment to determine whether isotopes in larval shell aragonite can be used as a reliable proxy for environmental conditions.
