Digitālās kolekcijas "Raduraksti" lietojamības novērtējums

Maģistra darbā veikts padziļināts Latvijas Valsts vēstures arhīva veidotās digitālās kolekcijas “Raduraksti” lietojamības pētījums. Tā mērķis bija noskaidrot lietotāju viedokli par tās izmantošanas ērtumu. Empīriskā pētījuma dati iegūti veicot digitālo kolekciju kontentanalīzi, arhīva ekspertes intervēšanu, pielietojot verbālo protokolu un anketēšanu noskaidrots lietotāju viedoklis. Kontentanalīzes kategoriju un kritēriju izveidošanai pielietotas Informācijas sistēmas veiksmes modeļa un Mijiedarbības triptiha modeļa atziņas. Darba „Personiskās telpas konstruēšana „Facebook” vidē: Latvijas lietotāju analīze digitālo paaudžu kontekstā” mērķis ir izpētīt personiskās telpas konstruēšanas principus „Facebook”, veidojot salīdzinājumu digitālo paaudžu ietvaros. Teorētiskā bāze veidota, balstoties simboliskā interakcionisma pieejā, kā arī tiek aplūkotas sabiedrības pārmaiņas sociālo mediju kontekstā, tai skaitā digitālo paaudžu iedalījums. Thin layer chromatographic, and laser-confocal microscopic analyses with a monoclonal antibody to digoxin also displaying high affinity to digoxigenin, were used to determine the presence and localization of cardioactive glycosides. Tetrahymena pyriformis was found to possess digitoxigenin-like material, but digoxin, digitoxin, digoxigenin, gitoxin and lanatoside C were not detected. Digitoxin treatment elicited the appearance of a digoxin-like material in the progeny generations. Digoxin was taken up by untreated Tetrahymena, especially strongly 24 h after digitoxin treatment. Digoxin and digitoxin elimination in man by charcoal hemoperfusion

Since there is no widely used causal means of reducing the severity of massive digitalis intoxication the capability of hemoperfusion with coated activated charcoal to remove toxicologically relevant amounts of digoxin and digitoxin was evaluated in vitro and in man. At a blood flow rate of 100 ml/min the digoxin clearance by hemoperfusion in vitro was 51±8 ml/min in comparison to 24.3±11.3 ml/min by hemodialysis. The average hemoperfusion clearance of digitoxin was 31.7±13.4 ml/min, whereas almost no digitoxin was removed by hemodialysis. Magnesium concentration in saliva — an indicator of digitalis toxicity

In a prospective study salivary magnesium was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in 168 patients on chronic digoxin therapy. Magnesium concentration in saliva was correlated with clinical data and plasma digoxin levels. A significant elevation in salivary magnesium concentration was caused by digoxin therapy (0.58 +/- 0.39 mmol/l, n = 93) in comparison to patients with no digitalis treatment (0.17 +/- 0.07 mmol/l, n = 35). Magnesium concentrations in saliva were significantly higher in toxic patients (1.1 +/- 0.68 mmol/l, n = 32) than in nontoxic patients. Il presente lavoro, utilizzando le informazioni dell’indagine EU-SILC (European Statistics on Income and Living Conditions) del 2005 su 22.032 famiglie italiane, si pone come obiettivo l’analisi e la misura del benessere multidimensionale. Nel paragrafo 2 sono riportate le ipotesi teoriche, mentre nel paragrafo 3 è riportata l’analisi dei risultati e alcune considerazioni conclusive.
