En este trabajo se evalúan los métodos de foto-reconstrucción automatizada basados en el uso conjunto de las técnicas Structure from Motion (SfM) y Multi-View Stereo (MVS) para medir, monitorizar y cuantificar la dinámica de tres formas geomorfológicas: i) el glaciar rocoso del Corral del Veleta (Granada, España), ii) un paisaje de cárcavas de tipo calanchi (Sicilia, Italia) y ii) cinco pequeñas cabeceras de cárcava (Cáceres, España). Abstract The present study deals with information that could be obtained by real-time contactless monitoring of the normal displacement, due to the propagation of the longitudinal waves generated by nanosecond pulsed laser irradiation, through a transparent and porous ceramic coating deposited on a metallic substrate. These displacements were recorded in real-time at the rear surface of the specimens using a laser heterodyne interferometer and were correlated with the different steps of laser/material interaction (thermoelastic interactions, fracture of the coating–substrate interface and coating expulsion). La recensione mira a descrivere la trattazione esposta nella monografia di S. Signorato, sul tema delle indagini digitali. In particolare evidenza vengono posti, da un canto, la struttura dell'analisi, divisa in una "parte generale" ed in una "parte speciale"; dall'altro canto, l'ampiezza dei suoi contenuti, che spaziano da un ambito più tecnico, relativo ai dettagli delle operazioni investigative, a quello riguardante i principi costituzionali e la loro evoluzione.

Time, space and numbers are closely linked in the physical world. However, the relativistic-like effects on time perception of spatial and magnitude factors remain poorly investigated. Here we wanted to investigate whether duration judgments of digit visual stimuli are biased depending on the side of space where the stimuli are presented and on the magnitude of the stimulus itself. Different groups of healthy subjects performed duration judgment tasks on various types of visual stimuli. A Mediterranean composite sedimentary record was analyzed for Ba/Ca ratios on carbonate shells of Orbulina universa planktonic foraminifer (Ba/Ca)carb providing the opportunity to study and assess the extent of freshwater inputs on the basin and possible impacts on its dynamics during the Tortonian to Recent period. A number of scanning electron microscope analyses and auxiliary trace element measurements (Mn, Sr, and Mg), obtained from the same samples, exclude important diagenetic effects on the studied biogenic carbonates and corroborate the reliability of (Ba/Ca)carb ratios in foraminifera calcite as indicators of seawater source components during the studied interval. The chapter examines the Constitutional Court's jurisprudence on legislative retroactivity, which is compared to the jurisprudential direction of the European Court of Human Rights. In particular, it is concerned with assessing the compatibility of retroactive laws to the so-called right to peaceful enjoyment of property, referred to in the European Convention on Human Rights.
Corporate Social Irresponsibility and Legitimacy Maintenance: Lessons from the Parmalat Scandal

Audience decisions regarding whether to continue to support a corporation after it has been perceived as culpable for socially irresponsible behaviour is “coin of the realm” in selecting which firms (or which parts of a firm) will be able to survive a CSI-scandal. Our empirical setting is an embedded polar case of audience support, the Parmalat case, following a severe CSI scandal. Whilst the adaptive strategies taken to maintain the harmed moral legitimacy were a necessary procedural phase to consent the firms’ survival, they could not be considered sufficient to reintegrate the firm with its main constituent audiences.
