Social media has become a new way of life that allows for real-time interaction among businesses (B2B) and consumers (P2P/C2C) as well as between business firms and consumers (B2C). Customers are increasingly accessing and using social networking sites (SNS), making it imperative for businesses and organizations to have a presence on these platforms to enhance visibility. Technological solutions and the fight against Covid-19. A critical reflection – Digital technologies have played a decisive role in the definition and implementation of measures to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, from the dissemination of information to the monitoring of behavior. Yet their use has not always achieved the desired effects. By reviewing the case of tracking apps, this contribution aims to take stock of the role of technologies and the private sector during the pandemic emergency and to reason about the causes of their failure.

En este trabajo se analizan diferencias de género existentes en una muestra representativa de estudiantes de ESO de la Comunidad Valenciana en lo relativo a la integración de las TIC en el sistema educativo, desde una perspectiva univariada y multivariada. Estas diferencias se estudian en cuanto a disponibilidad y uso de Internet, formación, actitudes y valoración de sus repercusiones en la calidad de la educación. Los datos del estudio reflejan una cierta "brecha digital" favorable a los varones en lo concerniente a disponibilidad, uso y formación.
