La rápida expansión de estas tecnologías ofrece oportunidades para reducir costes asociados a la distancia física, lo que permite a las empresas llegar a más clientes y ampliar sus mercados. Sin embargo, el hecho de que las TD también puedan ser sustitutas de la mano de obra, remplazando a los humanos en sus trabajos y aumentando potencialmente el desempleo, suscita preocupación. School burnout and engagement profiles among digital natives in Finland: a person-oriented approach

AbstractApplying a person-oriented approach, this study set out to examine what profiles of school engagement and school burnout (i.e., exhaustion, cynicism, inadequacy) can be identified among elementary school children at age 12, a generation also often referred to as the generation of digital natives. We compared the group memberships in their use of socio-digital technologies and related functioning as we expected to find a gap between some digital natives and current educational practices which do not include socio-digital technology in feelings of cynicism towards school. Perceived motor competence in early childhood predicts perceived and actual motor competence in middle childhood

The study aims were to (1) identify perceived motor competence (PMC) and actual motor competence (AMC) profiles in children at two time points (early and middle childhood) 3 years apart, (2) explore transitions between the profiles from T1 to T2, and (3) investigate how PMC-AMC profiles at T1 differ in their mean values for AMC and PMC variables at T2. PMC was assessed by the pictorial scale of Perceived Movement Skill Competence for young children (PMSC). La insuficiencia cardiaca (IC) es una patología de gran impacto a nivel mundial por sus elevadas cifras de morbilidad-mortalidad. A pesar de que la ecocardiografía es la prueba de elección para su diagnóstico y estratificación de riesgo, presenta importantes limitaciones y es incapaz de predecir el riesgo en pacientes con FEVI preservada. El estudio de la deformación miocárdica mediante rastreo de patrones, permite estimar el porcentaje de elongación o acortamiento de cada segmento miocárdico durante el ciclo cardíaco.
