Tiivistelmä – Abstract Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli määritellä legitimiteettiä ja sen muodostumista. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin legitimiteetin merkistystä organisaatiolle ja millä eri tavoilla legitimiteetti organisaatiossa voi löytyä. Tutkielman teoreettisessa osiossa käsitellään legitimiteetin käsitettä ja hyötyjä organisaatiolle. Aiempi tutkimus on esitellyt legitimiteetin kolme tasoa ja kuinka niitä rakennetaan, ylläpidetään tai korjataan. Search for photons with energies above 1018 eV using the hybrid detector of the Pierre Auger Observatory

A search for ultra-high energy photons with energies above 1 EeV is performed using nine years of data collected by the Pierre Auger Observatory in hybrid operation mode. An unprecedented separation power between photon and hadron primaries is achieved by combining measurements of the longitudinal air-shower development with the particle content at ground measured by the fluorescence and surface detectors, respectively. Only three photon candidates at energies 1-2 EeV are found, which is compatible with the expected hadron-induced background. The aim of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting university student mobility in Italy in a longitudinal perspective, by considering the flows across competing territorial areas supplying tertiary education programs. The Bradley-Terry modelling approach based on pair comparisons has been adopted to define the attractiveness of competing territories and a range of determinants related to the socio-economic characteristics of the areas as well as universities’ resources. There is a lack of knowledge, how sports club participation changes from adolescence to early adulthood in Finland, and how goal orientation influences on it. Abstract Study aim: While there is wide debate around specialization in one sport, there is a lack of information about fitness levels and motor competence of children participating in single or multiple sports. Material and methods: The study involved 358 fifth-grade children who participated in a set of health-related fitness and motor competence tests over two consecutive years.
