To follow-up environmental changes which determine people's life, and to support decisions to manage the Reserve, the first steps of a territorial observatory are introduced. In this thesis, we analyze the contractual relationship between private equity investors and entrepreneurs/managers of small and medium sized firms. More specifically, we focus on the real contribution of these financial intermediaries to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) performance of financed firms. While considering venture capitalists’ involvement in the governance of financed firms as the main explaining factor, we use the Corporate Governance theory as the relevant theoretical framework. Analyser l'action publique de vie étudiante à l'aune de la théorie des capabilités

International audience; Cette intervention présente des premiers résultats d'une thèse CIFRE à la Ville de Paris et au laboratoire IREDU sur le rôle des grandes métropoles dans la lutte contre la précarité étudiante. Elle reviendra sur l'apport des capabilités et d'une approche mixte pour appréhender l'action publique locale parisienne. Une évaluation d'un dispositif d'aide au logement et de la coordination locale a été menée afin de déceler les écarts entre le public initialement visé et le public réellement atteint. L'approche innovante des capabilités permet ainsi d'aller au-delà des libertés formelles pour mieux orienter les politiques de vie étudiante.

International audience; Cet article dresse un bilan des travaux existants portant sur le rôle des sociétés de capital-risque dans la formation d’alliances stratégiques. Ils sont présentés en distinguant les points de vue des sociétés de capital- risque et des entreprises formant l’alliance, et, agencés en fonction des deux cadres théoriques qu’ils emploient : les théories contractuelles et cognitives. Au-delà, les limites de ces travaux sont mises en avant et des prolongations possibles sont présentées.

In the face of the changes in the planet's natural resources and of their unequal distribution, it is becoming more urgent that contemporary societies oversee environmental assets in a global manner. Although international directives, when they are transposed into national laws, may set specific objectives, meeting them at the local level is as yet an uneven enterprise. Nevertheless we hope to demonstrate, using a case-study involving local tensions over water resources, that public management of the crisis may be developed that effectively involves the civic society, by using the incentives and enforcement tools of central government and of local institutions.
