Desde la perspectiva sociojurídica de los estudios de la gobernabilidad, se analiza la evolución de las estrategias de provisión de seguridad, desde su orientación neoliberal hasta el predominio de la austeridad desde la crisis de 2008. Se delimita así un escenario en el que la desigualdad y la aporofobia son elementos fundamentales del marco axiológico hegemónico. Esto es relevante para la configuración y efectividad de los derechos sociales de distintos grupos vulnerables. El artículo se aproxima finalmente a la situación de las empleadas de hogar y de quienes acceden a una vivienda mediante la ocupación de inmuebles vacíos en España.

The essay examines the role of the agreement as a tool for managing property relationships in crossborder marriages and registered partnerships, in light of EU Regulations 1103 and 1104 of 2016, on the property regimes of international married or registered couples. The risk of corrosion in oxygen-free water has become an issue of scientific controversy possibly even threatening the realisation of the final disposal of spent nuclear fuel in Finland and Sweden. In Sweden there has been extensive discussion about the issue since 2007, but only recently has this debate increased in Finland although the similar disposal concept (KBS-3) is applied in both countries. Zagadnienie relacji między miejscowym planem zagospodarowania przestrzennego a studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy stanowi przedmiot wieloletnich badań przedstawicieli nauki prawa, a także obszernych wypowiedzi sformułowanych w orzecznictwie. Wymóg, by plan miejscowy nie naruszał ustaleń studium, jest wymogiem ustawowym zawartym w przepisach art. 20 ust. 1 w zw. z art. 9 ust. 4 i art. 15 ust. 1 ustawy o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym.
